Hey guys, just wanted to let you know how it's progressing. Here's the current changelog:

Version 1.2
- Bug fixes relating to importing and naming skins
- Controllable 2D zoom and translate
- Import multiple skins, simplified importing
- Removed Commit button
- Added Save, Save As and Save All buttons
- Fixed a password and enumeration serialization issue
- Added a right-click context menu for the Skins list
- Added HSL+A as one of the alternatives to RGB.
-- There seems to be some extraneous operations going on there that cause it to be slow, too much floating point math?
- Made color slider thumbs smaller
- Support for high resolution textures (up to 256x128)

I'll probably get it released tomorrow; Aena found a pretty critical bug in 1.1 that should be addressed.

Hey guys, just bumping this for version 1.2!

Consider it a minor release, but a very critical bug was caught in 1.1 that needed to be fixed. I held back from several other features to fix this one.

I think that this is the only "critical" bug in the program at the moment, so this should suffice while I work on some large enhancements.

The second-biggest feature of this update is an auto-update checker. The moment I release a new update (and you open the app or check it via the Help) you'll know!

This program does take inspiration from MCSkinEdit, but it has a focus on 3d painting, as well as skin management.

I know, I'm really sorry... it SHOULD work on Bootcamp, since all it requires is .NET Framework 4.0. Java is indeed fully crossplatform, the issue I have with Java is there's no way I would of been able to get this awesome functionality of mine in a week as I have with this program being done in .NET.

Yes sir. The screenshots are slightly outdated, I will update them ASAP, but yes, the skins are saved locally in the Skins directory.

I could downgrade it to .NET 3.0 if that's the outcome - I really don't have any large dependencies on 4.0, it's just a nice thing to have for the new language features.

Java is a nice language, there's no denying that - it has some issues, but so does C#. My issue is with its UI system - it's horrible. I point you to any existing Java program (made by a third party that isn't using paid controls) as an example - all of my program uses either existing controls, controls I wrote myself in a very short amount of time, or DevExpress' free control library.

Part system: It's not planned as I haven't gotten any requests yet. If enough people want it, I'll include it.

Not yet, but it is planned (check the todo list on the main thread) :smile.gif: Similar to SkinEdit, you can reskin the zombie and skeleton with no issue, just not ones that use custom models.

The program is written in C#, but, it's damn close to C++! C++ is actually my main language. If you find programming fun, C++ is definitely THE programming language you want to learn!
