That is phenomenal. Yet another way to reproduce Minecraft scenes in Blender. That is the first time I have seen that import/export client, Blendie. How come you chose this one instead of the others, I wonder? Any reason?
It was the first one to appear on Google so I stuck with it.

lol thx for the reply. I can't get over that you bothered to upload a YouTube video about it but didn't bother to see if there were any better clients first. I will be on the lookout for a video comparing the different clients while I test some out myself. Perhaps if there is not a good comparison video I will make one. Unless you beat me to it.
Any case, I'll post what I find in here. Thanks for the tut, man.

The only other one I know of is mc2obj, however it is horrible. As far as I know it doesn't even apply textures to each block, it just gives them a general color.

Try uninstalling Blender and then deleting all the files. Then re-install.

I'm marginally experienced with blender, but I have a noob question. How do I change the skin? I have the uv/image editor up, and I imported the skin, but, the face of the skin shows up black, in the viewport and render.
Also I've unchecked mipmapping and the render still shows up blurry.
Edit: I've figured out the problem. The hatbox isn't retaining transparency. I stil need help, can't solve it.

I suggest just deleting the hat box. I find it better to model anything that would be in the hat box because it tends to look better.

Hey, i was wondering if there was any way to remove the purple outlines that are around the character in edit mode. just so you dont have to select every single point when highlighting something. that would be helpful

No those purple lines are there to help the texture align to the rig properly.

You download Blender from Blender.org and you download this file. Install Blender and then double click this file and it opens. It's not a mod or anything.
