Be honest, did you really make this? Because its pretty much identical to one of the backgrounds for the MCSkinEdit, except your is missing the extra head textures.
Here is the one from the MCSkinEdit.

Open both in different tablets and switch between the two, same colors, text and resolution. You shouldn't take credit for it if you didn't make it.
use some simple observatory skills.
1. This thread was created several months before the skinedit thread
2. In skinedit the background you mentioned is named as "alwayswatching.png" --> Always watching is the forum name of the person who started this thread.
I would say it's pretty safe to say that the template included in the skinedit program is actually an adaptation of this and the creator has been appropriately credited

Sorry for my mistake. I just saw that the new MCSkinEdit was from 3rd of June, and this post was from Jun 19. I jumped to conclusions too quickley. I will delete my post.

Fair enough, I've probably done the same sort of thing myself a couple of times >.<
Im not really new to skinning, but im new to the 3D stuff. I would I make it 3D, is there a new template? Or do I just draw outside the perimeter of the head (for a hat, as an example.)
This actually helped me a ton thanks. I even managed to make a horrible looking skin with it. Well it alt least looked human...sorta.
As for the hair you want it on all the stuff that is listed as head depending on the haircut, I like emoish looking hair so I will always use it on the head front to cover some of the face.
