Ok, I have a bit of a critique for you on some simple tips;
First off - Megaupload is a bit out of the way for downloads. Try using Planet Minecraft or Miner Shoes
The critque -
-There are no real shadows or texture on the skin; its just a block person with no "feel" to it. I'm no expert on shadowing or texturing, but anything is better than a plain old box man. The eyes don't always need to be the big "animie-ish" style. I use the "double steve eyes" which works for both male and female. The hands on the skin could of been extended just a bit more.
