Sniper seems a little off, but I'm sure you really could not improve it with the limitations presented.
Thanks for the reply. The sniper was probably the hardest thing to make, as you can see he has no hat along with the scout because im not quite sure if it would be possible to make their hats but I tried my best and if you think it could be better I guess I could go back and take a look at him. What things in perticular do you think need to change with the sniper?
The skin also needs some more texture. A Solid color for a skin tone is bad.
Yeah I have seen the scout hat done before but I have trouble making it look good. I'll see what I can do, and about the skin It's supposed to be solid color, and that's pretty much because it's TF2 which has that kind of cartoonish art style to it ya' know?
These are awesome! Rook, if I could make a couple suggestions:
> The original Minecraft skins darken the sides of the arms and the body (and legs) in a solid manner to create the illusion of depth.
> Don't do the full frame for the sniper's glasses; you could probably get away with removing some of the outer border? (Medic glasses/eyes look maybe a bit off too)
But they look awesome :biggrin.gif:
Maybe add glasses to top head layer? Unless you've already tried.

"I want to see forum posts saying "how do i kill dragon" with replies reading "lol"."
---> vede claimed Notch said this (and it is awesome).
A tip for the Scouts hat; Make the top 2 or w/e pixels of his head the hats color, then use the hat layer to add the bill and headset. That looks fine on my Scout. (Even though my Scout kinda sucks.)

Real Minecrafters don't have "Real Minecrafters" in their signature. Excluding me, of course.

Hmmm I tried taking away the bottom of the frame but I thought it would make it seem like I did a lazy job or something but I guess you're right it would look better. I don't know why I never thought of adding glasses to the hat layer, maybe its because I made the spys masks and when doing the medic on the there I couldnt use another hat layer lol.

I'll see if I can make some sort of illusion of light like the other skins out there.

Awsome, maybe you can see how much the skins have in common with the actual characters then. :biggrin.gif:
