Have you ever seen the way that many Minecraft 3d models for animating software have better 3d models? Ever wanted that in Minecraft? Well, thats what this pack is based off. Im not sure if, or when i'll finish it. At the moment, the grass on grass blocks "Pop" to make paths with grass on the side look better, and there is also 3d Redstone. And im hoping to get tall grass to be 3d at some point. If you have any suggestions, comments or complaints feel free to say them!
Something to note: The 1.9 snapshots already have 'grass path blocks' that have a model shorter than grass. This sort of does your idea already, if not ruins it (making grass blocks taller might make grass paths look weird).
3D redstone like that would be horrid on performance, same as 3D tallgrass in the same style. It's too many elements on something that has to be rendered in abundance. I'm sure most people who ever work with large amounts of redstone definitely would avoid your pack.

"I'm an outsider by choice, but not truly.
It’s the unpleasantness of the system that keeps me out.
I’d rather be in, in a good system. That’s where my discontent comes from:
being forced to choose to stay outside.
My advice: Just keep movin’ straight ahead.
Every now and then you find yourself in a different place."
