Hello all! A while back I posted a thread about a tp I was working on under the same title of Lord of the Minecraft, a texture pack based on Middle Earth. The project fell through as many people complained that it didn't resemble Middle Earth much. This was something I had been aware of, but didn't know how to fix. Because of this, the project died. I'm here today to announce that the texture pack has been revived in a whole new way. The old textures are being thrown out and new, realistic, Middle Earth based (I've gone through many photos of LOTR online and Shadow of Mordor to come up with these textures) are being created! Not only are there a bunch of new textures, but because of the limitations that 16x16 textures offer, this new version will be 32x32 allowing for better looking textures without killing your CPU with full HD. Below is a preview video I put together of some gameplay footage. I will not be uploading the texture pack until it is fully finished, so don't ask for it. This is only meant to be a preview of the pack, showing some of the texture changes. Keep in mind that some textures are still in their old LOTMC texture forms as they have not yet been updated. Enjoy!
P.S. Here is a link to the old texture pack if you want to compare how far this has come.
