Sorry to say but textures are in no way the right way to go to get youtube views. Making true worth to watch videos is. Youtube don't work that way mate.
Um, the problem is about how long it takes to save the resource pack. Here it is, IT TAKES FOREVAR!
So... make the thread after you've saved/uploaded it? Also you really shouldn't divert people to your youtube channel just to download it. You need to post a link here.
