When the lich came in a sleigh.
Any feedback on the items? I'm doing them first then the blocks since I feel like that would be the way to go in my humble opinion. (my strength lies with item design)
Also here's a update, have finished up the wooden tools, the stick and 3 blocks were textured. (Cobblestone, mossy cobblestone and command block) The cobblestone is intended to look like segmented metal or tiles. And will receive ctm for it to make it transition smoothly. I'm proud of the command block myself if I do say. Since it does look like some kind of strange vault-tech machine
Well but if you look at the time of the two posts, they're almost 12 hours away from each other. They're really weren't bumps anyway since the third post gave information on exactly what was done, and the second asked for opinions on how the progress is going. But I'll try not to post too often anyways if I can help it.

I can really tell you have talent for making textures. Everything looks good so far so just keep up the good work and don't get discouraged at the lack of replies at first. Sometimes post can get lost and it takes people awhile to find your topic.
On my side I can't really access the rules but thanks for clearing that up, so I'll come back on this and post stuff every 24 hours or so
-*EDIT*- I may also post at my own leisure too -xX-Xx-
Here's a small update with some potential lore to help explain away why and what the world is.

Lore
---The lore will now change due to the pack shifting directions to a more mixed-theme
- So what do you think of the lore that I whipped up so far for this pack? I'll organize it further at a later date.
Yeah, I thought I edited that above post into the earlier one, but it wouldn't save anything, so I posted it instead, since the lore is of some importance to explain the strange environment that this resource pack will bring. So sorry for the "pointless" post

Well, I arrived at the conclusion that my 16x blocks look better than my 32x bit ones, but other ones like mobs, items and armor looks better in 32x up than 16x for me, so I'll just combine the two. The cobblestone is subject to change, (Probally become smaller bricks or loose stones, depending on what looks better when I make them). The emerald and diamond ores are definitely going to change because I feel like the shape of the ore needs to be more crystal like than anything else
-----This happened because I lost my files due to a stupid action on my part------
Added more green to the mossy brick using the stonebrick and added some mortar and gave the brick a red hue to get this current design for the brick current vegation design (Oak, spruce leaves and vines) Stone-> Bedrock-> Osbidian netherrack quartz ore soulsand glowstone redstone lamp Current template for diamond and emerald ore (This will be edited and altered before the final release) The end Netherbrick with the nether
So what do you think of this current progress, also the endstone will change, just needed a test of the colors needed to make my concept of the end more likely
Sorry, for the bump, but there are a couple of questions that I have to ask
Questions
#1. Does anyone know of a fairly decent sound program(Free) that I can use to make sound effects for a sound-pack?
#2. Does anyone have any kind of feedback for the current progress of the pack
#3. When the pack is finished, should I also include an adventure map to go with the pack(Separate Downloads of course)
#4. Is it possible to make ctm that detects a certain kind of block near? I wanted to make dirt and stone (Also stone and bedrock) combine so they would transition more smoothly
Now here's a long spoiler of pictures of what I have added to Version 2 of this pack
Color reworked for oak, will change the actual plank shapes them selves at a later point Enchantment Table Ladder Current version of Double Tallgrass & Tallgrass Snow Acacia Dark Oak Acacia Log Spruce Pic of dirt and stone nearby each other Grass Podzol Mycellium All of the overworld ores together Example of what you could use dark oak logs as decoration Enchantment table as decoration The end Also the pack's custom lightmap makes the end appear extremely dark when not under nightvision or near a light source (This is a row of torches)

Huh. The textures you've done so far aren't bad, but your stone could use some serious improvement. It's much too dark for my liking (remember, rustic doesn't necessarily mean dark). In addition, there's no real detail besides random noise, and it tiles pretty poorly.

I like dark stone, so this was perfect for me (And I thought that it tiled pretty well), but the funny part is that I didn't use any noise to make it, it came from individual pixel placement and was intended to be smooth (to an extent and none of the textures in this pack actually had noise applied to it), and while its true that rustic didn't mean dark, for the stone I was going for a more wasteland-ish feel than rustic. (Stone will receive random ctm to give it cracks, and large stone shapes, which will help reinforce the idea of the wasteland in it). But it is to your liking anyways (You prefer lighter shades of color for stone and rock-related materials), while I like my stone to be dark

So I redid all of the 32x items that I had done for the pack in 16x and added more items and a few blocks
