Not sure if this has been done yet but, candy corn seeds? if you need help with any textures i'd be glad to lend a hand! i can make a custom minestuck texture pack logo too if you'd like :3
Epic texture pack, but as others have said, it would be cool if there were more PS textures. I would personally like to see one of the big paintings turned into the multicultural mural in Problem Sleuth's office.

Remember, if you see the name "Neostar" or the digits "8216" on the web, it's probably me.
Man, it has been too long since I updated this texture pack! I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone for that. Between college and self-publishing my first book, I've been ridiculously busy during all this time. And it doesn't help that, frankly, the blocks I have yet to change just aren't all that interesting. I think most of them from now on will just be a visual edit that makes it visible that they are in fact different from the original textures and that they go with the pack's general look.
Still, the suggestions I've gotten lately have been very good! I used to get e-mail notifications for new posts in this thread and I don't anymore, so I didn't realize people were still posting. Thanks for your continued support and suggestions. I'm going to try and get at least something of an update out pretty soon.

You were expecting something witty or "cool" here, and I don't want to give you that satisfaction.
I'm happy to say that I've asked thelemicCharientism to collaborate with me on the project. So, in the next update, expect to see some contributions from him as well! Until then, here's the pitifully small amount of work I've managed to get done in all this time.
Updated up to Snapshot 12w19a
+Bookshelf
+Glowstone lamp windows
+TNT
=Fixed weird pixels over tall grass

I post this next update entirely on behalf of thelemicCharientism, who volunteered his own ideas and work for this edition. All I did for this update was to look over his work and make sure it all made sense, and I must say I didn't have any problems with it. Because of him, Minestuck is that much closer to being completed. My next goal is to expand on some of these things.
+Title logo
+John's normal clothes as leather armor
+Dave's normal clothes as iron armor
+Arrow and book in-world textures
+Brown mushroom and red flower
+New painting
=Improved health bar
=Moved around glowstone and lamp
=Tweaked wooden planks
This brings up why I haven't worked on the armor myself yet, even though I did all the tools quite early on. The short answer is that I didn't have enough ideas. The long answer is that I was considering doing several versions of the pack, one for each of the kids. The armor would be the main difference between the packs, boasting items from their unique sets, but there would also be smaller things like the quest beds. I didn't want to get to work on that until after I'd done everything else because it would be a pain to make changes to all the versions. Eventually, I decided that doing that many armor sprites would be too much. I'm not even sure what I'll do for gold and diamond exactly. There might still be a smaller-scale version of that idea in the future, though.

Man, it has been a LONG time since my last update. There was a lot going on in my life, and a lot keeping me busy. You're probably tired of my apologies, but the good news is that I'm back for more! That means I have another update for you, and I should have more for you within WEEKS. Yes, you read that right. Maybe even days if the inspiration strikes. This texture pack is going to freaking get done.
Updated for Minecraft 1.3.1
+Tree saplings and other plants
+Vriska spiders, imp zombies, and several more mobs
=Other small changes and fixes

For this update, there's been some very noticeable interface changes. As in, I opened up my title screen and immediately went, "OH MY GOD, IT'S BEAUTIFUL." (Also, the other armor types are done.)
Not only that, but there are two editions of this. So far, the pack has been pretty biased towards the aspect of Space, for... reasons. But in case you don't like that, my goal is to end up with versions for ALL TWELVE ASPECTS. Most of them will probably come up once I'm pretty much finished (so I don't have to update all of them as many times), but for now, in addition to the normal Space version, I also made a Time variant. It's pretty sexy, I must say. This affects your bed, diamond armor, and all menus.
So, yeah! Very happy with how this is going now. I'm skipping to version number 0.20 because I feel this is significant enough to justify that.

BLOODY BRILLIANT. I love the refrences. ANDTHEPUMPKINS.
Wait. Pumpkin? What pumpkin? There was never a pumpkin. No, I assure you, there were no pumpkins.
Well. Other than the pumkin matter, bloody brilliant~ I approve of this texture pack so much.
Also, not to rush you, but can you update it to 1.3.2?

If I like your mods or post, You might get Nepeta purroved! :33 And yes I love Homestuck.
SPEAKING OF HOMESTUCK, GO LOOK AT SBURBCRAFT. NOW. <3
I am loving this so much. I usually only use this pack May I put in a few cents?
Emeralds = boondollars
Obsidian = more Derse based (it IS the obsidian city) rather than purplish cobblestone
Gold blocks therefore = Prospit. Probably the only change you need to make to gold blocks would then not be the texture too much as just the color.
Honestly I liked Serenity in amber for the glowstone better than...is it the Green Sun now? but that's just me, maybe.
I've been trying to think what soul sand should be...I've seen another texture pack turn it into skulls piled upon one another (You know, like the 'graveyard' underground in France? A wall of skulls?) so maybe you could try to do a few consort skulls atop each other? But that seems kind of weak, maybe...
Anyway I love this texture pack and, by the way, I actually adore that you've put in PS stuff.
I actually think taking some of Nana's cakes or something for the cake icon would be better than the slime spoor - for one thing, that was supposed to be a pie, not a cake. Seeing as how pumpkin pie might be added, you might consider switching out the slime for the pie icon (I don't know if we'll be able to set it down or not) and change the cake to something more...eh, cake like.
Just a thought.

Thanks for the input! Great suggestions, I really hadn't thought of things that way with the Prospit and Derse materials.
As I work on the next update I'm kind of juggling some of the textures I have and trying to put them where they work best. Lately I often find myself waiting to see what Mojang is going to do next, because when I do things without knowing what to expect I often get situations like the ones you're describing.
Of course, there's also the fact that I take forever in general and make mistakes like putting the imp's face where the zombie's LEGS are, but, hey, who doesn't have a couple character flaws, right?
Anyway, I'm going to keep working on things, fixing problems, improving where the community suggests, and of course, making actual progress on finishing the pack at a glacial pace. Once the Halloween update comes out, I'll release whatever I have at that point. Yes, I know, that means it'll be a 2-month gap from my last update, but considering my reputation for completely giving up on projects, a promise to keep going at this stage is a pretty big deal.
tl;dr Thanks for the advice, see ya at the Halloween update.
I mostly worked on mobs during this update, but I also wanted to make sure I had this up when 1.4 comes out. There should be some great surprises but some things are untested or clearly need fixing--I'm going to have another update soon to make it complete. For now here's what I could throw together. It's a Space edition by the way, since that's what the others are based on essentially.

Alright! Got it all under control, and I'm back with the Time and Space variants again, this time with their own icons on the texture pack selection screen. I made sure all the UI elements are up to date for 1.4.2 as well.
For this update I continued working on the mobs, this time bringing you some of the most beloved cats and dogs of Homestuck. I also added the one and only Lord English, though that was only a formality. After all, he is already here.

Great work on this! I think you should make TNT a magic cue ball (as per this update), and the pigman skin is glitchy and you can't see out of the pumpkin.
Sorry, guys. I keep meaning to continue on with this texture pack, but every time I work on it, it's in baby steps that happen only once every several months. I've been busy and stressed lately, and I can't even hope to keep up compatibility with the new updates, let alone finish retexturing everything. Now that Mojang has changed the format of texture files, it would be a task just to get it all extracted into its components, and although other texture artists may have time to do that, I don't. There's a lot going on in my life.
If someone wants to officially carry on the legacy of this texture pack, that'd be great. Maybe some day, when I have some more free time for these ventures, I'll come back to this... but I really doubt it. I'd rather be honest with you guys--from now on, this texture pack is in your hands.
