In Minecraft Java Edition release 1.8 Mojang implemented a change to held items that made them smaller and rotated differently. (probably due to the at-the-time-new 3 pixel alex model.)
I want to know if its possible to use a resource pack to change the rotation and size of all full 3d held items.
And if there's already a resource pack for this please link me.
Yeah, it's possible. Just change the display parameters in the item models. If you want it to affect all of the held items, you'll want to include only the highest-level files that contain display information in your pack. Just keep following the trail of "parent" models until you find the right ones that contain the display information.
