Why go to an external site, when you can look into your game files and have them version-specific ready to copy.
Windows: Search with the keyword %appdata%, open .minecraft.
Linux: IDK
Mac: Was it something like /bin/?
Minecraft: Open Minecraft, go to your resource packs selection screen in the options menu and click on open resource packs folder and go up a folder.
In .minecraft, go to versions, open the version folder of your choice, (that you have downloaded with the launcher) right-click the jar file, and open as zip. In the zip, you can see the assets folder, that is what you are looking for, there is everything inside, the folder structure, original textures that novaskin is not allowed to distribute, and original text files.
Just need some help with this
Use this site to get the default resoucepack-textures:
https://minecraft.novaskin.me/resourcepacks
Search for the minecraft item names like
planks_oak
Planks_acacia
and so on
