No you can't, I also don't know, if you can go down or right on guis, that have no additional buttons, like the hopper, but I believe, that should also not work.
You would need to mod the game.
And please state your problem in text, not in your hand writing in some image. (HELP in red doesn't help either)
Sorry for the image, i was finding the situation hard to explain. So i guess you also cant for example add a second layer to something that doesnt have one or make it so that when a block is connected to another speficic type of block its texture is different or something like that
So if i were to use a mod to do one of this things, wich would it be, i know you can do the things from my second comment with optifine (not entirely sure about the second layer thing though), but does that mod also work for the gui thing? or would i have to make a mod myself just for that?
There's also the possibility of using item models, but they are used to put a layer between the items and the gui and have to be placed at the top left most item slot to work correctly.
So it's not gonna work with inventory gui or other guis, only with chest guis.
Basically what you see in the image. I dont know how to do what i want to do with a container gui texture, is there a file i can edit to fix this?

Unfortunately, that's also just an idea of mine I suggested 2 years ago on r/minecraft. xD

I don't know, if optifine has such a feature.
