So I made a resource pack for 1.12 with random textures before and it worked fine. I decided to update my resource pack to 1.15 and it doesn't seem like the way i did it before was working any more. I looked up how the coding is done on the official wiki and it's no longer working. Did it change any?
Yeah I figured out there was that big "texture update" for 1.14 so i'm wondering if it has something to do with that. Either way, i can't figure out how to make it work. Will keep testing.

1.13 may have something to do with it, idk exactly your problem, maybe it's the flattening?

Are you using Optifine or are you randomizing it using blockstates?
