So I wanted to make an enderpearl that has the face of Corey in the House so I got a picture of him and made it into an enderpearl and put it into the pack and when I ran Minecraft the enderpearl dint show up as Corey it showed up as a plain pink block pls help

This tells us nothing. The pink and black checkerboard is just Minecraft's way of saying "you made a mistake", which at this point is all we know. Something went wrong. Got it. But that doesn't tell us WHAT you did wrong, and so there's no way to recommend a fix.
Here's some things to check:
The texture NEEDS to be a perfect square. That is the width and height of the image should be the same number. Make sure that it is.
The texture's resolution should be a power of two. (16x16, 32x32, 64x64, 128x128, etc.) Again, make sure that it is.
There shouldn't be an accompanying .png.mcmeta file UNLESS the texture is animated. If it isn't, make sure there isn't another file bearing the same name as your ender pearl but with a .mcmeta file extension. If it is supposed to be animated, then make sure your .png.mcmeta file is formatted correctly.
And if none of those things fix the issue then please post more information. A session log (.minecraft/logs/latest.log) posted to Pastebin and linked here would be most useful.
