Any way to edit ALL of those files at once, gets quite annoying to keep opening the files ONE by ONE!
If you're doing something so repetitive that you can mass-edit files... first of all you probably shouldn't be doing it since rote edits like that tend to run afoul of copyright laws. But with that said if it's for your own personal enjoyment and not something you intend to redistribute then you can probably just set up a batch editing job in GIMP, which I believe runs on Mac.
And if you're just resizing to make your own textures... just make your own textures and save over your template. It's a lot faster, believe me.
