There's no one video detailing how to design a resource pack. Inversely any video series about designing visuals for videogames that focuses on art rather than specific tools or techniques could be applied to resource pack making.
I think a better suggestion would be for you to post what you've created so that we can see it and give you advice. There's no point in linking you to any particular source of help if it's not clear exactly what you need help with. Art is a multifaceted thing, after all.
How about showing it tiled in-game? Screenshots are better for judging the quality of a texture than just showing a single tile. There are things that show up in-game that are invisible when looking at the tile by itself. This is an important thing to acknowledge when you're designing for a game environment.
Would you like to get a little father away from your textures please? I can still almost see them.
So let me be a bit clearer here. It's helpful to show in-game screenshots where the camera is close enough to see the textures clearly, in a well-lit environment, and yet also far enough away to give context both in how they fit with surrounding textures and how they tile in clusters of about 9 - 18 of the same block. Is that specific enough? I'm not trying to be difficult here, but it's hard to tell what's going on if you don't showcase your work well.
Honestly the only two things I can tell for sure from your screenshot are that 1) everything seems really dark and 2) there's a really obnoxious tiling error on your stone. A single circle that repeats in an obvious way.
I will be slowly but surely be working on a resource pack i'll just be asking if you like the textures
