Hi, so I need to figure out how I can take one resource packs red and brown mushrooms and replace them on another resource pack? I have tried finding a tutorial on you tube but can't, and I also use paint.net.
Thanks!!

It's as simple as opening both zip files and copying the files from one to the other. You don't even need to touch pain.net, this is just basic file management stuff.
The files will be in /assets/minecraft/textures/blocks/ in both packs. You should easily be able to find them by their names.
Haha, no! When I open both folders I can not open the assets and all if those folders?
You open both the resource packs .zip files in WinRAR & you can't open the /assets folder at all? Is that what you're saying? (I'm not understanding your problem)

Yes basically, I open both .zips in Winrar and I can not open the assets folder in there.

I finally got to putting the red/brown musherooms into the pack I wanted but when I used it in game the textures were not there?
If you are having trouble dealing with the zipped files, you can just unzip them into a folder inside your resource pack directory.
(Right click file name -> Extract To)
Minecraft doesn't care if the pack is zipped or not as long as the file structure is correct.

I now got it to work and it opens. I put the files I wanted in the pack but when I used it in minecraft that texture diddnt show up...
- Open Venom Pack with WinRAR
- Open Sphax with WinRAR
- Find the textures in Venom Pack
- Drag and drop them into Sphax
- Close both Venom and Sphax
- Start up Minecraft
- Disable Venom Pack
- ???
- Profit!

I assure you that it should have. You literally need only highlight the files in one and click-and-drag them to another. It's extremely simple.

There must be a problem with Winrar itself then.

What resource packs are you loading and in what order?

I don't know what "loading the packs" mean but I am trying to put Sphax musherooms into the Venom pack...
