Hello, i am just a normal boy likes photo shopping etc, i made my own minecraft texture pack "Lively 3d Faithfull" i only have an question. 'How do i publish texture packs to the internet?' i really need help with this. With 3D blocks, tools, etc. https://www.instagram.com/p/B98_Nssn2Km/ that's how the grass and water looks like.
I suggest quickly reading our Forum Rules real quick before considering publishing anything. If your pack contains ANYTHING that comes from another pack, including the default textures, then you'll first need to obtain permission from ALL of the original artists first. This includes any edits made to those original textures that are not unique or distinct, such as changing their colors or minor alterations or additions that are still recognizable as the original work.
If they say 'no' or just don't reply then you're not allowed to publish your pack. And yeah, that includes Mojang if you used their textures.
If you have "placeholders" or textures that you just haven't gotten to just yet, you can delete them from your pack and Minecraft will fill in any "holes" in the pack with the default assets once it's loaded. It's actually very flexible like that. So in this way you can include only original textures and still have the pack function.
If you're absolutely sure that your pack abides by the forum rules the the only thing you really need to do is upload it to a file hosting site, take some screenshots, make a thread here on MCF that includes those screenshot, and link to that file. Most free hosts give pretty good instructions about that so I won't go into detail since I don't know what you're going to choose. Do some research and find something that works for you.
