Fern, I added a stick in the pot to keep the plant steady.

Not sure, have I missed something (a mod allowing better models? ...I'm still gone BTW, this is just a ghost speaking) or is this just the old 'clever use of rotated planes and HD textures to create cool shapes' trick?
If it's the second thing, I really wish stuff like this was possible without tricks and thus I never would do it (especially since it relies on HD textures for the seams to be just a little correct). Anyways, my thoughts can be summed up as thusly (start at 13 seconds):
EDIT: Speaking of things that are incredibly classily done but aren't possible to do with the current model format:
This really is awesome... yet instead things with 5000+ faces are possible but not this

It's not your best work fishy. Too many random details and I can't un-see the things next to the skull. I do not like the mirrored texture. Besides the centered skull and the rectangle thingies, everything else has mirrored highlights which throws my senses off. It just doesn't look like a piece of metal when it's reflecting light in different directions.
EDIT: It is a good texture, but I like all the other textures you have posted here more.
I actually quite like this one. The missiles fit with the theme of the pack, and the ornamentation on the top and bottom still fit even though they're decorative. In terms of light direction, I think the skull and the missiles define the light direction quite well, as the top and bottom parts can be seen as 'jutting out' and catching more of the light. I felt your previous gold block was alright, especially for a manufacturing block, but this level of detail is great too.
I like this one more than the carved sandstone for some reason— I think it fits with the futurism of it, but apart from that the carved sandstone looks almost like it's made from bone instead of sandstone— do you know what I mean? I'll explain. The normal sandstones had large fields with some depth, but punctuated by dramatic highlights and shadows. However, the depth on the carved one means you sacrifice that contrast, so you only get broad 2-3 pixel wide highlights. The contrast in lighting on the gold block would actually work well as a carved sandstone I think.
All in all it's fantastic work and I look forward to seeing more.
update on bluebird is coming alright. working on it just whenever i feel like it. much of the core blocks that hadnt been changed in years are now different, most notably the planks, leaves, and cobblestone. there have been a lot of color adjustments, toning down some of the saturation but still keeping in vibrant. i will probably have all the blocks done for the next update but might not have any items
it wont be out by the end of the year, but it will probably be out sometime in spring next year.

The official Bluebird continuation is underway! Please come and help keep the pack alive!
Was there changed to the CTM format in 1.11? My glass connects perfectly with 1.8 but just doesn't want to work with 1.11 (I've tried multiple versions of optifine)

Hey, I've released a huge update for Christmas!
I found months ago a new style a really like, less bright and saturated but still vibrant. I've been working on it and it is complete now. So I've renamed my pack to Radiant Pixels, and it is now available for download here!

Beetroot crops
Been working on getting the crops off the list. Played with a new shading style for leaves and stuff

Would anyone like to visit https://pixelportal.space/
And give me some feedback about the general website? (No need to register, registrations are still closed, but coming soon!)
