We're discussing (on skype) having everyone fill in a square of a certain size with whatever image/art they want, and then stitching the squares together to form the get well card.
Ooooh I like that :biggrin.gif:
If y'all want some more feedback/ideas one of y'all can add me on skype :tongue.gif: my username is tracethealbino. I'm pretty much always online becauseeeeeeee I have no life xD
But yeah I like that idea cause it allows for all kinds of different art styles etc
Talking about fire animation, I found that in my 6x pack Sarcina Nova, that it used the two squares on the terrain.png for fire, even after using the mcpatcher.

Theevilpplz is so fabulous, hetrosexual men turn bi when he passes by.
After reading through the stuff a couple times, I think I wanna join.
My texture pack can be found here. And here's a quote of the screenshots currently on that thread.
A bit of a forest.
A pumpkin patch found in a pine forest. (I carved one for you. :smile.gif:)
A bit of a desert.
The nether, of course.
The terrain.png.
And the pack.png.
Assuming I did do this right, I'd like a diamond emblem.

Pictures, Y U NO work?
Regardless, I have seen your pack before, and thus I say: Welcome to the Texture Artist Union. :smile.gif:
Surprisingly enough, (for me, being the 32x-exclusive person I tend to be) 64x looks better to me. It does seem like the kind of pack that tries to keep nice looking curves and outlines, for which higher resolutions do good.
Edit: And I see the floor change between pictures :wink.gif:
Just so you know I'm alive! I making a new texture pack! It actually has no pattern! It is a smooth and dark texture pack! Well, actually it's not that dark... I have like 10% of it complete.

Looks good, but just looks like a minituarised version of the normal squid, nothing much different.
(144px being 2 inches if your resolution is set to 72 px per inch)
Always open to critique and suggestions. (:
Well, if that is indeed so, my piece is all set. that is 12x12 pixels square, right? (with 72 pix/in.)
I play Slave Hack, give it a try!

There's yet more to come!
2 inches square = 144 px square when the resolution is set to 72 px/in
i'm not sure where 12 came from...? o.O

It seems pictures are kinda glitchy when they're in a quote.
In a spoiler.
Anyways, yay!
There's yet more to come!
wait, is that 144 pixels total, or 144 pixel width and 144 pixel height?
If it is the former, it would be 12 pix width 12 pix height.
If the latter, ok.

I like the top to the bottom. Bottom seems just a little too bright.

Yes, I have the same question. Do we post it here or PM it to someone?
I like the 64x one. It seems appropriate to use 64x64 for the amount of detail you want to put into that texture.
This is a screenshot of my "Dingus Pack":
