Not to be mean, but the "mappers union" is a pointless idea. You have nothing to unite to stand against or for. Go on and create a clan, or something. The site will be for the programmers, modders, and texture artists.
You could go traditional for your enchanting table by using obsidian as the base an putting on corner peices, but thats boring. If this is for isolation, why dont you have a cracked stone/wood enchanting table with eyes peeking out of the cracks and rotten/worn cloth draped over the top?
