I had the same issue, actually. That's why I posted here, seemed like another nail in the "oh god it's dead" coffin. No updates in over a month, can't log into the forum, site barely loads, etc.

Java is bulky, slow, hogs resources, passes out from exhaustion, and although it was big in the 90's is now typically only found on poorly designed websites. Much like Harry Knowles. So any time Minecraft crashes, blame Java.

The site's just been, for the most part, dead since December 4th, blinking off and on, locking people out of the forums save for, for the most part, spambots, etc. Shame too, because it's still an awesome idea.

We are not dead nor is the site dead (at least completely). We know of the outstanding bugs and will eventually get to them but we have limited time which can be allocated to working on the site. (Though it's still pretty good for a free service) :smile.gif:
I will eventually (hopefully within the next couple weeks) create a new uploader to replace the current, now-broken uploader I have been using. With that will likely come additional site features, user-interface upgrades, and other cool stuff. Please provide suggestions in the Feature Suggestions portion of our forum including practical features, UI improvements, or anything else that you feel could really improve the site.

The spam was way out of hand, to say the least. I just put in some additional countermeasures, which should curb to eliminate it.
Is the parsing not working for the terrain.png anymore? I'm trying to upload Wolfhound and am just getting the file uploaded as one giant chunk instead of individual textures.

Why can I only set the resolutions for certain types of textures? It won't let me post 32x32 terrain, chests, armors, or mobs, menu buttons, or mob textures. Every time I try, it treats them like they're 32x32.
