When I upload a terrain file with only a few textures edited (ie, the rest are minecraft default) the customizer still reads them as edited textures and includes them, even if I leave the box that says 'include defaults' unchecked. It's also been doing something similar when I try to upload a new copy of a terrain.png with alternate textures included-- it keeps reading the unaltered textures as new textures and includes them in the customizer, resulting in a bunch of duplicate textures.
TL;DR -- The customizer isn't recognizing duplicates.
I gotta say, I really like the Idea to be able to Stuff the Textures of several Packs together,
without having to bother opening Photoshop and doing lots of Copy and Paste work.
One suggestion though. If you upload for example the "Terrain.png". The Textures are broken
up to their individual Images are they? If so, you could easily reference what Texture is
for what Block, thus you could easily make Packs backwards compatible with your Page.
Let the User select for which Minecraft Version they want the Pack to be generated, and your
Page does a little Database query to find out where all the Blocks were situated back in that
Version. Shouldn't be very time consuming on your end. But especially in the current Times of
Prerelease Version Mix-up it would be nice to have such a Feature.

Your DNS seems to be very slow. But that can happen, depending on what Internet Provider you have. You can force Windows to query another DNS Server by either changing a Setting in your Router or by going to your Network Connections->Change Adapter Settings->Right click the Adapter you are using->Properties->Click "Internet Protocol Version 4"->Click the Properties Button->Click "Use the following DNS Server"->And enter the IP of another DNS. You can find plenty of them on Google.
EDIT:
And also, one more thing. Do you think it would be possible to add a larger Render Design on every Texture Pack Page and also the Favorites. So you could instantly make out if the Textures blend (If you know what I mean ;D ). Hope I am not overwhelming you with my stupid Ideas. If you do like it though, you can drops me PM and I'll see what I can do regarding a great large Render Design. :-D
Just started using your site to host my pack, "Jehkoba's Fantasy Pack". Even or an alpha, it's working really well - I've got all my users going to play around with it.
Thing is, I think the downloads counter on my page is broken? I've had people send me messages saying they've downloaded multiple copies of the pack, but the counter hasn't gone over 61 in over 500 views.
This might not just be my page that's having this happen, and I wanted to bring it up as a tech support thing, if you've got the time to poke around.
Gorgeous site, and you've got my support 100% of the way.
It sounds like what is happening is you didn't patch your Minecraft for a texture pack higher than 32x. Things like this happen, where maybe fire appears in the middle of blocks, or something like that.
What resolution is your texture pack?

Save selections doesn't appear to be working. Seems like a lot of people are having this problem. Not sure why it hasn't been fixed after all this time.
Just a suggestion for you both, Kaissac and Bramamine...
Now that mcpatcher supports the ever so great Randommobs Mod, are there any chances of
alternative mob textures being renamed in the proper format for the mod's support with the first mob
texture being named (mobname)_1.png and the following being (mobname)_2,3(etc.).png?
Also, will there be texture/item animation support on the way?
I'm quite liking how the site is coming along... It has made a significant difference
in the evolution of texture packs,
This is temporarily Bramamine. My account has been inaccessible for the past LONG TIME! Don't ask.
HayBale was removed.
adcraft.co is not a real possibility. It has no automated way of shortening urls, can only be done manually.
save selections issue will be taken care of shortly (fixed?)
icon animation support is being brainstormed atm
randomobs support is also being brainstormed (but with less storminess)
I've been working diligently on a mod support interface that allows mod creators to manage and add their own textures. This is meant to further facilitate more mod support on the site and keep the mods updated. Head over to the New Mod Support Page thread on our forum to see details on this new feature and to comment or suggest other items.

http://www.minecraftcustomizer.net/view.php?pack=FishCraft
it is basically just hue changes and a couple of new pixels
A color change from what pack?
from default
What's wrong with that? Its not especially creative, but I'm positive that Mojang doesn't care if someone edits their textures.
