Not popped in for a while, i see you have made some good progress
Like the metal work on the piston it fits well with the pack style, maybe the slime more slimey though?
Like the lamp design, my suggestion would be to make a slightly thicker frame around the edge so the delicate frame work has a more rigid structure to support it.

That's a funky font right there!
Thanks! Glad to see the feedback!
The metal and wood styles are pretty good, but it seems to be a common complaint that the slime doesn't look right. It apparently looks more like paint. I can see how it may look wrong, so I'm still working on making a more glossy and slimier slime.
Thank you. The lamp took quite a long time. Not as much on actually making the texture, but in thinking of a design. I wanted something fancy looking, and that is what I finally arrived at. I do think I could make the frame thicker, though. It may not be the next thing I do today, since I will need to redo the block itself (since the layers are merged, and the decoration would need to be smaller to fit), but I know how to do it now, so it won't take long.
The font is... Well, yeah, it is funky! I'm still working on fixing some letters to work better. Honestly, I used a filter I found online to get the basic shapes, but then I found anti aliasing I needed to fix, there were a lot of holes, and the worst part was that a lot of the letters merged together, so I need to separate them now. I finished fixing the top two lines, and I added fancy shading to the heart, but that is all I've fixed, and there is a lot to fix on the bottom half. The non-standard characters.

Oh i like the leaves! Wonderful depth and the unique stylings to fit with the pack, very well done that man.
I have to say also in the short time I've been here I am seeing technical improvement in your work its becoming more evident in this pack .
Keep it up
Thanks! I have looked back at one of my really old packs recently, and I realized that as well. It hasn't been that long since I picked up texturing (about 2 and a half to 3 years ago), and I can say, looking back, I can see how I've come along. I feel like this resolution and this open, not too specific style is well suited for me as well.
I'm glad you like the leaves! I found that leaves look rather intimidating when you first open them up, but once I got started on an idea, it wasn't as bad as I expected. Oh, I just noticed as well that you can see my recently finished sun texture up there!
I've also added a progress bar to the OP so everyone can see how far along I am. I will update it every 5-10%.
But I'm wondering why my PC displays a black line instead of leaves, for example.
Thanks.
I added the boxes. It makes it look like legal papers, with the blotted out specifics. Saying I released a new block or texture gets rather boring, so I just add in little things like that to make each one different and a bit more interesting.
Woah, I love this subtle diagonal line on the sand that's only noticeable when tiled...
Thanks! I wasn't really sure about the line at first. I made it on a new layer, and I made it more noticeable and less noticeable, and I finally got it to a point that you could barely see it on an individual tile. I actually didn't expect to see it at all when tiled, but after finding it, subtle but noticeable, in game, I decided it was just what I was sub-consciously looking for.
After saying that, I find it weird. It seems like I have a story behind every texture for this pack.
Looks nice ...
You could add an another motive (i don't know... maybe a "G"? xD) to the left corner, below the creeperface, in the chiselled sandstone.

Is normal Sandstone out, too?
I'm going to leave the last tile empty, for variation. I don't want all of them cluttered. I'm adding random CTm to it, so it won't look as bad afterwards.
Normal sandstone isn't finished yet. I want it to be a natural, stone-styled texture, but I haven't finished that for the same reason I haven't yet finished the grass and dirt. I really suck at tiling. I like making tiles, bricks, planks, and things like that that don't require much tiling work, but I really need to put out as much ambition as I can muster to conquer natural, tiling blocks.
Oh, actually forgot to say...
I'm testing and making the screenshots for g, and so I saw the items for example, too (there are not many though...)
However, what I planed to say is that I quite like the "hammar" (iron pickaxe)... It's looking pretty well made and has and nice colour ^_^...
Just wanted to mention...
Good news though, I finished the piston! I think the contrast between metalic and wood actually fits well!

Edit: Bare in mind, they look a lot nicer in-game, coloured and in bunches in trees and hedges.

How does it look in game?
I suppose it would make sense to show an in-game preview of it, after saying that it looks better in-game.
So, here's a screenshot in a swamp.
Oh! I took it quickly, and forgot, you get a glimpse of the redstone lamp in-game as well!
