so i updated, ran the program twice with the code given to me, still nothing just the same split second command prompt box. then i ran the program itself by double clicking, i got the same. well then i decided to check in my .minecraft folder, and no change to textures. however, i did find a debug.stitched_items.png and a debug.stitched_terrain.png, both of which mathced my painterly texture pack. i don't know why it gave me those, or why for that pack and not any of my others. the date modified stamp says 3/21 1:21 am for both of them, so they have to be from the first time i ran the unstitcher . . . don't judge me for my sleep habits
I already run optifine ultra and have looked through and tweaked all my settings and still nothing. I have the latest version available (A7 I think it is?)
/edit
updated to 1.5.1 and A8 and still having the same problem. I'm not getting custom skies either. I'm beginning to wonder if it's my texture pack maybe? It's not updated for 1.5.1, minus the unstitcher conversion.
/edit 2!
Other doku packs are working just fine in every sense so it looks like it is just the customizer packs. I guess I will have to wait for it to update! Thanks for your suggestion too
Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Do not want blue water in my Dokucraft, but whatever. It works for everything else, so I'm happy.
Hello everyone, I noticed a lot of people having trouble with getting 1.5 texture packs to work.
I recently ran into the same problem but I found a fix (not my program) that got it to work.
Now, to do this you must:
1. Have a texture pack in your texture packs folder (windows key+run, type %appdata%, then put it in the texturepacks folder in .minecraft).
3. Run this program it should automatically be in your texture packs folder.
4. Choose what texture pack you wish to unstitch.
5. Use the converted-TexturePackName
6. Only do this step if your computer is slow or you have a 32x32 or larger texturepack:
download optifine http://www.minecraft...-and-much-more/ and install it by putting the classes inside into your minecraft.jar
7.Enjoy!
Note: to open minecraft.jar you must use 7zip(free) or winrar. personally i prefer 7zip.
