Basically I made a black and white texture pack but some stuff stays the same.
Including Redstone, Birch Trees, Water, and inventory icons for some things. Can anyone help?

Sorry about that url code, haven't posted pics yet and I thought that would work, but I cant figure out how to get rid of the code as it does not appear in the edit section.
What files exactly do I need to change in order to change the colors?
To change the colors of hard-coded stuff (like water, biomes, and redstone), you need MCpatcher or Opti-fine. If you want to know how to do that, look in the MCpatcher thread in the Texture Packs section.
