For those of you having problems with biome shading, if you add a completely transparent image in place of the original foliage and grass shader .pngs it disables the biome shading.
Hello, I'm Peyton Arthur.
I have thrown together a little pallette which contains a lot of bright, happy colors.
I thought that I would give you a challenge like the Sexy Pallette Challenge, since that one ended.
The rules are the same, you can't edit the colors in ANY way, and you may only use these colors.
The resolution may be whatever you wish (Though I wouldn't recomend going past 32x).
The deadline for all entries is may 1st, so get going:
Pallette
When your pack is complete, send me a zip file with the pack in it and it will be put under the entries section.
I've got a grass texture, but... there's no gray, or even anything remotely dark. How do I make stone, or obsidian, or anything that needs defined edges?

I made stone look at my screenshot above. As for obsidian, you may have to either skip that texture or make it bright. The pack doesn't have to be 100% complete but it would be nice to get as much done as you can.
You won't lose points for missing textures unless you're missing a lot.
I might give this a shot in 32x. The restriction of colours sounds pretty fun.
EDIT: What do we do about biome shading? When I converted my sidegrass to greyscale it isn't following the pallette anymore. Do we have to redraw the greyscale version with grey shades?
I don't care what happens to the grass due to biome shading. If you change the shader it has to use the pallette though.

The official Bluebird continuation is underway! Please come and help keep the pack alive!
Thanks, I try (but just recently I mis-coloured my wood-based rails as green. LOL!)
On a more related note, I may not be making a pack here, but I like the idea - hence, I shall randomly return, giving tips for no apparent reason! AHAHAH! god I hate being colourblind
Ok, as many tips as you like

You see that green button with the plus? You dont have to click it, and I am not gonna force you to do it.
Only colors from this, but you get WAYY more colors than the 16 you got in the 'SexyPallette Challenge'.

Keep up the good work!
I know, I thought that this would get more people to do it than it already has.
I thought that people would do it but they didn't.

Dang, this palette is a hard one to use. I leik challange though! :3
EDIT: are we allowed to use black or at least white?
Nice work! And yes you can use black and white

I like it. Yes the stone is a 'little' blue but for the limit on grey it's good.
