Default Texture is Steve
Installing...
Unzip the .zip provided to: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks
There should be a folder in your resource pack folder called "Statues". this makes it easy to change the statue texture!
Customizing the Statues!
Step 1. Go to "textures\statues" folder in the resource pack. There should be 3 .png files... "statue.png" "statueone.png" and "statuetwo.png"
Step 2. Download a skin that has no overlay and the resolution has to be 64x64 pixels.
If you need to, go to minecraftskins.net/skineditor and delete the overlay(s) and click download (this will also change it to a 64x64 image!)
Step 3. After you have your 64x64 skin, replace "statue.png" with your new skin! Congratulations, you have made a custom statue!
If you want 2 more statues just replace "statueone.png" and "statuetwo.png"
