'Crystallize' is a Photoshop filter.
However!
I haven't seen that outright used in a pack before. The effect on the blocks is pretty pleasing despite what appears to be only a filter run on them, if that's the case. Though might I say, doing it on the TNT and the planks wasn't as good an idea as it takes away those certain block's details- I'd run the filter on a copied layer and pick out the details from underneath. Rather, sand, glasses (and glass-related like glowstone) and stones did get a nice effect. I'd run the filter on the stone parts of ores to further blend them.
Easiness aside, and some nitpicks, it's good in the name of looks.
this is my first texture pack that is not a smooth texturepack i might remake some blocks and things but not atm
only blocks have been retextured but items are coming soon...
hope you like the pack

It looks like you used some kind of filter on the default pack.
