From the pictures I am seeing, it doesn't look bad at all. Nice job. I understand it is still under development, correct?

"It's probably not a good idea to be chewing on a toothpick if you're talking to the president, because what if he tells a funny joke and you laugh so hard you spit the toothpick out and it hits him in the face or something."
Looking at it a little closer I do still think it is very good. One of my issues is that it looks like this a copy from other texture packs. For example, the grass looks to me like it is a copy from John Smith. And so as with the crafting table, furnace and torches.

I cannot seem to download... where it says to download, what I assume should be links on my end are just text, and I've tried loading the page in Chrome and Firefox. Did I miss something?
Any idea if this would be compatible with previous versions of Conquest? It's pretty slick, but I play 1.5.2, and use a version of Conquest from then, instead of the 1.7.10 version.

Conquest was developed from John Smith. I've never used John Smith, but it's possible that Monsterfish is still using some textures very similar to John Smith textures. I suppose he's mostly focused on making sure everything is textured first, and then replacing John Smith textures with his own varieties after that. Dude updates like at least once a week, it's crazy how fast he works.

No. Only 1.8 allows for you to manipulate textures in 3D. Some magic people do with the json files. Previous versions required mods, but the results weren't the same as this.

Well hats really cool! I had told monster he should do this for his pack, not sure how difficult it is to convert. Though I'm still miffed about his changes to all the prismarine block types and the guardian mob- I want my laser shooting beholder! Also not a fan of there actually not being sandstone that doesnt look natural, and the souls and could be more generic and not look like guts.
Just tried it out. So far the pack is great. Though I am getting a bunch of black&purple/red boxes for some of the leaves. I really like how the nether fence can connect diagonally, would be great if all the fences could be like that. One thing I'm really confused on is the the nether brick half slab and steps. While I enjoy the mini pallet look, and I get that it is different, I am just not sure that the stilts work well for something that is stone bricks. I'd prefer just regular stone bricks with the seems etched out. Also the grass blocks with the tiny tuft of grass on top looks odd, it gives off that weird effect like when you're driving past orchard rows.
just some things to think on, keep up the great work

I advert Conquest_ everywhere I go, this will be nice. However, the download links don't work.
That looks so incredibly nice.

I am going to assume that the OP copy pasted the Planetminecraft description: http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/conquest-3d-model-pack-addon/
Do connected textures work with this?
just some things to think on, keep up the great work
