I'm working on version 4.0 currently. It will include support for Metallurgy & Elemental Creepers (by request), plus GeoCraft, Reptile Mod, and Backpacks by Brad16840. Have a request? Send me a message and I'll add it an upcoming release!
I'm always looking for someone to do the armor. If you'd like to give it a shot, you'll get full credit and can release it as an add-on or I can put it into the main download.
Thanks for the head's up Cynips! I didn't upload my pack there. I was going to but I have to jump through a bunch of participation-based hoops so I never did.
Thank you so much for the review!! I commented on the video on Youtube, but to reiterate, your review was very fair as was the score. I'm going to revisit the texture for the trapdoor since I'm not loving it very much either as of late. Version 4.0, which I hope to finally release later today, changes up a lot of pack.
I've been busy working on the update for 1.8 lately. The next update for Fibercraft will include all the new blocks, doors, and items. I've also been fine tuning some of the other blocks, like the brewing stand. I've also darkened the bricks to better match the new stone & cobblestone textures. Harvest Craft gets a good amount of fine tuning as well. All of the food items are now done, although I cheated a bit. There are a few that I'm having problems with so those are now just a covered silver platter I'm updating OresPlus now as well since I saw a new version released.
I don't think the version 5.0 will have any new mod support, except maybe Crystal Wing, since I haven't had any additional requests. If there is something you want to see supported, please let me know!
Here's a sneak peak at some of the additions for 1.8. I will probably remove the creeper face from the carved red sandstone since it looks a bit out of place. I'll keep adding images for some of the other changes to the gallery below. Lots of cleanup work on the existing textures so things will look a lot better (hopefully). Those pesky white & black borders around some of the textures will soon be a thing of the past

I actually like the creeper face. Maybe consider adding more embellishment to it to give it a stronger look. Alternately, just go with something different but make it really stand out.
Maybe something similar to what you did with the sea lantern? Those are beautiful! I'd adore the ability to decorate any water-themed or blue colored area with them. They're gorgeous!
Please note that MCPatcher is highly recommended over Optifine until antialiasing is fixed.
This update is huge. I reworked nearly every texture in the game to try and compensate for the loss of antialiasing. If you notice a texture that still has white or black banding or is just plain ugly, let me know so I can fix it.
I now support many 1.7.10 mods that add 1.8 content to the game. Checkout the mod list for links. I removed support for mods not yet updated for 1.7.10. If you need the files let me know & I'll release them as an add-on pack.
I'm slowly working on a 1.8 release. I'm having a bunch of issues with it so it will be a while. I'm dissecting other 1.8 packs to learn how all the new features work.
I'm working on a minor update since Harvest Craft and Storage Drawers (and possibly others) have released new content. I'll post an update (v5.5) in the next few days.
Bump for update! This one took me a LOT longer than it should have. If i stopped downloading new mods this update would have been out a long time ago lol. This update started out as the "I'm finally finishing the forgotten stuff' update but morphed into more than that. There's a link to the official changelog in the main post.
Highlights of this update: All the vanilla mobs are done, I started creating item icons for the armor and finished all the misc icons except the compass & clock. There were lots of little improvements to various blocks too. I FINISHED several mods, like Wee Flowers, Storage Drawers & Beheaded.
I ADDED support for Butterfly Mania (totally awesome mod!) but only for items and non-realistic butterflies (like the Lava Butterfly). The Hi-Res textures they created for the butterflies are too awesome to touch. Other mods newly supported are: The Erebus, Abyssal Craft, Witchery, & Beheaded. Extra doors will be added in the next update assuming I can come up with that many unique door designs.
The poll on the front page will help me determine whether or not I should create add-on resource packs for the large mods. I've done so for The Erebus and will upload one for AbyssalCraft in a day or so. I'm thinking of cutting Candycraft, Witchery, Oceancraft, and Harvest Craft into their own add-on packs since each one is very, very large. What's an add-on? It's a mini resource pack that adds or overrides textures from any/all resource packs below it. Check out the screenshot below for a visual:
Let me know what you think! If there are mods you'd like to see supported let me know. I'm holding off on support for the Mega Plant Pack because she references very specific plants which has so far proven impossible to find embroidery, cross stitch and/or appliqué off. I do, however, keep an eye out for textures to fit that one since it's looks like it would be an awesome mod to play with.
PS: I wrote this at 5:33am, I haven't been to bed yet and I don't have my glasses so i'm sure typos abound. Sorry
Lots of changes for FIbercraft in this update. There have been many changes to the vanilla game: new grass, new dirt, compass, clock, new water, new lava, etc....
I have separated out all of the larger mods into their own add-on packs. No more downloading a bunch of stuff you don't need. The mods that are still in the main download have relatively few textures. These do not affect loading times on either my laptop (4 yr old Macbook Pro) or my desktop (relatively newish PC). BUT, if you want NO mods you now can download Fibercraft Lite which has zero mod support - except for MCPatcher if you want the custom skies and a few other options.
Up next on my giant TO-DO list: Mobs, mobs, mobs & more mobs from all the mods. Several mods just came out with updates (Witchery, Storage Drawers, Garden Stuff) so those items will be included in the next update. I think there's a bug with my compass texture. My lava and water textures move a bit too fast as well so there will be some bug fixes. So much to do!
I'm working on mod updates right now. I have HarvestCraft 1.7.10h completed, it will be uploaded later today (part of the "Pam's Mods add-on pack). I'm also working on the updates for Witchery 24.1, The Erebus, AbyssalCraft, Bibliocraft, Garden Stuff, etc. Bibliocraft & Garden Stuff, along with other minor mods, will be included in the next release of Fibercraft. The others are all part of add-on packs so I'll upload those as finish enough to justify an update.
First and foremost I LOVE your resourcepack, it brought me back to Minecraft! There is a mod I was wondering if you could possibly take a look at Malisis Doors. Thank you in advance!

Removed since I changed most of them
