No edit to any of the pack downloads, because they're a mess right now as I add mod support for Tinker's Construct. But I do have some swords and axes that can be swapped out if you want them.
Save the files to your desktop, rename them to the file you want to replace (ie: gold_axe.png) and place them in the items folder in the Sassgard resource pack.

Hey Loki i was wondering if i you'd be okay with me using your pack in my YouTube videos, right now im mainly focusing on using it in tutorial on how to install texture/resource packs
Still using and loving this! I've finally gotten used to the purple gravel...still think it is odd, but I guess I've seen it so much that it doesn't bug me anymore. Please don't let this one die!
Minor changes to some blocks and items - I lost my work files after a hard drive crash, and some textures had to be completely redone to accommodate for new variants introduced by 1,9
The creative patch has been updated to 1.9 and has been re-added to the OP. The pack adds nearly 30 new blocks by re-texturing double slabs, ores, and monster eggs.

Soo, I only just got the chance to really open and test out your pack as I said I would. I reiterate: I love it. Your work really just blows me away. I hope you don't mind my gushing about it. lol
One thing I specifically love, that made me giggle, was the one painting of nothing but runes. NICE one. Yes, I can read runic AND German, so I just stared at it for a moment and plastered it onto the outside wall of my house in the world I dedicated to the use of your pack. hehe
As I write this, I still have the sounds of rain and ravens in my mind from having stood for around 5 minutes in game, just listening. So very calming and inspiring. I don't even know what else to say.

I think my personally favourite painting is the stave to kill your neighbour's cows. Yeah, from it's like, 700 years after the Vikings, but Icelandic staves crack me up.
For some reason, at least for me, the ravens are the only custom sound that works. I need to figure out what I've done wrong with the rest, because it's driving me mad.
There have been a lot of changes since 1.10 came out. Mostly, I'm making tweaks to existing textures to make them fit a bit more, and slowly working on updating mod support.
But I've also added full legacy support, through 1.7. All older packs from 1.7 onward will update with whatever the current version is. If you play with older mods, and use this pack, please let me know so I can add mod support. I am only one person, so don't expect a huge mod pack like FTB or Yogbox or something to get added super quickly. I'm currently working on updating Quark, and getting Biomes O' Plenty finished.
If you come across any bugs or issues with any version of the pack, please make sure you let me know either here or on Facebook. I don't always catch things, because again, I'm only one person. Without your feedback, I don't always know what doesn't work right.

So... cartoony... and Norsey... and fancy. Cool combination.

Dude. I love this. I love your style. Going to have to play around with this a bit. Keep up the awesome work!

Tuesday updates!
Download link is in the OP. Don't like some of the changes? Download old texture versions here.
This is really awesome. Good job on this, kudos to you.

Wow, I thought this one was dead...very happy to be wrong! Thanks for all your hard work.
Nope! Happy to say it's very much still here! Biomes O' Plenty mod support will be the next big update.
