Hmmm... Let me think a bit. Which programm did you use to open it? Try WinRAR or 7zip. If it won't work, try to download it again. If it will still not work, I can send you the archive directly per E-Mail or any other way.
Could you make the font smaller, the same size as regular minecraft font please? I can't read most of my friends signs and books because the resource pack makes text larger and doesn't render it all ='{
Because of this every time I want to read/make a book/sign I have to switch to vanilla resource pack =/
Also some things in the settings go out of their box because of this
This also makes it pretty much unusable for adventure maps because I can't read the rules or signs properly
Example in attachments below
ATTACHMENTS
What the book looks like in vanilla, how I made it
What the book looks like w/ the resource pack, too big and cutting off a lot
As I am not too familiar with the whole modding process and am fairly new to this game... Honestly, No.... Before you decide to be condescending with your tone, please be mindful of the fact that not everyone on these sites has a ton of knowledge in the subject.
And you should realize that often times things are done for a reason, and that we should have to put up with people yelling as us because they're new and refuse to look things up. As long as we're all being friendly, it's fine, but when it looks like you're picking fights or barking orders, nobody's going to be nice with you.
@Trixter: I feel your pain. The larger font really does kinda make things screwy.
Yeah, I found it myself too while playing Simburbia. I think, it's because I've been trying to learn font parameters and something went wrong. Don't worry, new pre-release(or even final 1.8 version) coming soon There will be fixes, new models, new textures etc.

At no point did I yell at anyone, and I actually had looked around on the forums, I did not attempt to pick a fight with anyone here nor did I ever at any time bark any orders at anyone... i don't know where you got any of those impressions but they are just absurd and the hostile tone in the response was misguided at best... but this is neither the time or place for verbal sparring...

So 1LotS will we see a 64x in this "new pre-release"? If not would it be in the final?
I think, I said it earlier, but anyway, I'll finish 1.8 version in x128 and then I'll make smaller resolution packs. I guess, I need to find some kind of converter, because to resize all textures in Photoshop will take hours.

Oh well I'am sorry then. you did say would do that, but I wanted to know that when. Now I know I will wait until then.Have a nice rest of the day 1LotS.
No, it's new textures feature... and I actually hate it. It looks aweful >_< To get rid of it I need to remove all the transparency in all of the textures >_<
First, thanks very much for doing this, but for me anything less than 256 is disappointing. With that in mind, why can I not run the 256 pack and install only the 128 textures in your pack for things that the original pack did not have?
In other words, could you release a texture pack that has the 256 textures for everything that was originally in the pack, and then fill in the remaining new textures with your 128 textures.
For example, if I play with the 256 texture pack right now, and I encounter a horse, the game works fine - I just have an 8 bit (or whatever) horse. If I could have the 256 pack and just fill in the missing pieces with your 128 pack, then I would be happy.

Sooo... As I get some time to go on with 1.8 version, I continue making models for blocks and items(incl. random models). And I want to ask you, guys, if you would like me to write some kind of To-Do list and then I can mark stuff I have done. So what do you think?

Thanks for all your hard work anyway, I'll just have to mix up some textures from different places.
So 1LotS will we see a 64x in this "new pre-release"? If not would it be in the final?

Does that even make sense?
EDIT: Looking around, I guess that is called an ADD-ON? Here is an example... http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/resource-packs/1236426-256x-1-0-0-lb-photorealism-asian-addon-by
I would donate for something like that! (not the asian add-on, but the idea above)
That's two years old, dood.
My add-on needs original LBPR anyway, so you can download x256 LBPR and install my add-on with it
And here's another sneak peek:
I think this a great idea 1LotS.
