I have made a resource pack and I want people to download it. It was originally gonna be for my server, and it mainly is, but I still want downloads! It is VERY buggy the way i made it. Zombies have white blocks on there heads, diamond armor whites out different body parts depending on the armor peice and eggs are surrounded by white. If you are willing to download and support my first resource pack, thank you.
And if you know how to customize the URL like make the link on the word here, please comment.
Thanks!
Well, you say you want people to download it, but no one will do so without pictures (which are required by the rules btw). Also if you know it is buggy then do not release the pack until you have fixed them.
We cannot see the pictures. The way you posted them are directly from your computer's directory which means that only you can see them. You need to upload them to imgur.

How Do I get them onto the thread? I uploaded them to imgur
Gimp 2.0 and Paint.net are good free alternatives. Adobe PhotoShop and Corel PaintShop Photo Pro are both great programs that I use, but cost money. Nova Skin editor also has an online image-editor, but I wouldn't say it is as useful for resource packs. Make sure you use one of those or a program that supports transparency though. The reason your eggs have white boxes is because MSPaint can't support transparency, so anywhere you haven't coloured in will be replaced with solid white when saved, so it's entire tile is white. Similarly with the zombie, the background is entirely white, so the "helmet" tiles (not normally used) in zombie.png are filled in, causing the zombie to have a white box.

What operating system are you running? I was assuming you were running Windows of some version, but if you are running Linux or Mac OSX, I don't know if you can run those programs.
From the screenshots, nothing is different except you spammed random colors all over the mobs, switched around the ores to trick people, and bucket-filled the chest with purple and yellow.

He isn't "being a jerk"... unfortunately, that's pretty much all there is to say about your pack. When your this early in the stages of learning how to texture, it will probably be best to keep the results to yourself... people don't appreciate and furthermore won't use a pack with a bunch of random scribbles on mobs and blocks.
Jerk? He is giving you criticism. Also, you said that it was your first resource pack. So it can be terrible right?
Well no. If you know that your texture pack is terrible why did you upload it?

it isnt "terrible" its at a low stage and will be added with more features later

No offense, but all you have done is taken the default textures then randomly thrown random and mismatched colors onto the blocks and then switched the ores. This is also very buggy. If you are not prepared to take critique, then don't post on these forums.

Even so, you shouldn't just ignore those who critique.

I think you should work on tweaking and fixing what you have now, before making new updates.
