SketchyCraft started because of a burning need for a rope bridge in a vanilla map, and grew from there. Not content with just a few stone and even fewer wood types, I started re-texturing other blocks as well, and before long the texture pack I was using had completely stopped looking like itself.
Now I'm compiling all of my custom textures into their own pack; something fun and clean that lets builders do even more than vanilla Minecraft allows.
I have plans to also do a survival version of this pack, but the initial build will focus on the creative aspect.
Optifine or MCPatcher (or both) are required for this texture pack to work properly. I plan on including quite a bit of CTM support, and have added a few things already.
An inventory editor, such as Too Many Items, is strongly recommended as well. Because this pack utilises the giant mushroom blocks and a few technical blocks to allow for as many textures as possible, some of them are only obtainable through an inventory editor or the /give command.
Short list of hidden blocks:
Dark green wood: /give [player] 43 1 8 (ONLY obtainable through the /give command)
(note: 1 can be replaced with a higher number, if playing in survival.)
Light grey wood: /give [player] 99 1
(note: 1 can be replaced with a higher number, if playing in survival.)
Cyan wood: /give [player] 99 1 14
(note: 1 can be replaced with a higher number, if playing in survival.)
Purple wood: /give [player] 100 1 14
(note: 1 can be replaced with a higher number, if playing in survival.)
Dark grey wood: /give [player] 137 1
(note: 1 can be replaced with a higher number, if playing in survival.)
Pink and dark grey wood require crouch + left click if placing another block against it. It's a bit fiddly, I know. Perhaps when 1.6 finally comes out, we'll have coloured planks, and then these will all become something else.
Invisible block: /give [player] 99 1 15
(note: 1 can be replaced with a higher number, if playing in survival.
Also, if the invislbe block is placed adjacent to any other block, it glitches out in a very minor way. It's still a useful block, though. An alternative is one of the piston blocks, if you don't mind seeing rope or planks from another angle. Note that rails cannot be placed on pistons, however.)
Go to AppData\roaming\.minecraft\texturepacks, and paste the folder in there
Using Alt Textures (of which there are still few)
Go to the SketchyCraft\Alts folder
Find the texture/s you like
Rename the file to the texture you wish to replace (eg: blockGold.png or swordWood.png)
Paste the file into either the textures\blocks or textures\items folder, overwriting the original file.
Continue to do it this way until the Customiser catches up with the 1.5 update.

1) I love your rope bridge, were only pistons used to make it? What is the actual vanilla block used?
2) You seem to have multiple wood textures, but only 4 types exist, CTM I assume?
3) If no download is present, and less than 60% is complete, start first in the texture discussion sub forum, then move out into here.
4) Good luck and I wish to see the final product!

Yeah, it's just pistons for the boards and sticky pistons for the rope handles. And for the other textures, it's re-textured ores and mushroom bits. It's a creative pack, so the other ores are replaced by the nether quartz, which is CTM to get the different colours.
Also, I've no idea how to move a topic once it's been posted. :/
I really like the pack! Very impressive. Perhaps work on presentation, as the name is somewhat generic, names involving generic words like Sketchy and Craft tend to be kinda generic, hence why larger texture packs with more views have more impressive and enticing words like Last Days, Photo-Realism, Spahx PureBD, Faithful 64x, etc. Also in the category of presentation, the post itself. Lots of good packs have custom logos and banners and decorative features to make the thread more interesting and beautiful to look at.
Though the textures themselves are very nice and have a cartoony yet stylish, tolerable appearance to them! Very nice, definite download.
The quartz does not fit in. The stone is too realistic.
Also, you know that pistons are used for... tables?
I feel quartz shouldn't be multicoloured. Are the blocks coloured too?
All the other ores and resource blocks are re-textured to be other wood and stone blocks. The quartz is the only ore that isn't, so it's multi-coloured to give the appearance of multiple gems.
I'm not sure what you mean by it doesn't fit in, though.
Also, I've never seen pistons as tables, but that's an alt-texture I could easily do.

All the current wood blocks. Rather unfortunately, the nether does look like this right now. This will be fixed in the next update.
All the current stone blocks. Some of them may change and become alts, because meh.
A few of the completed items.
Sand in desert biomes is darker.
In beachy biomes, it has seashells and stuff.
In action:
