It's not, 1.7.2 doesn't see it. Maybe it's because it has .zip/%files%, not .zip/assets/minecraft/textures/%files%
Mcpatcher has function to convert texture packs.
Sorry 'bout that, will fix ASAP! Haven't really been keeping up with the updates lately, thank you for letting me know. (although it should be the format you suggested, don't know why it's not working for you. I'll look into it.)
I like it personally. It has a slight cartoony feel which is very pleasing.Great Job and I hope you continue this great pack.
Thank you! I'm definitely continuing it, but I'm currently taking a few-month break to code a website for it. I'll be piling on the updates once summer comes around, right now schoolwork has been getting very time consuming.

I have tested the heck out of it, and it looks like the problem is on your end. Have you installed any mods, and do you have the most recent version?
I like this Resource Pack. Gonna download it. 2 questions, though:
1. Could you add mod support?
2. Does this work with Optifine?
Hi!
1. The pack isn't 100% complete, so I won't be adding any mod support until I get the vanilla textures done.
2. It *might* work, but I still have to test it with all the new versions.

Ok... also, could you add a 64x version. My computer isn't very happy with 128x when using GLSL shaders, although it's fine in Vanilla... If you can't do it, it's ok, I'll just use it as my default in Vanilla, but I was hoping I could use it with all me other mods. I might even use it for my YouTube channel...

Yeah, my computer can barely handle it, so I'm planning to make a 64x and maybe even a 32x sometime in the future.
Thank you! This has brought my attention to many bugs and little placeholder textures that I need to fix, I opened a notebook and just started writing as I watched the video.
For the glass:
That is weird. I have never seen anything like that before! I wonder if it's a glitch with mcpatcher, I'll look into it. Same with the black TNT.
For the gold pants:
Heh, I totally forgot about those. I was experimenting with making armor, and gave up, but must have accidentally saved them in the texture files!
And the bat is actually supposed to be a butterfly above ground, and a bat below, using height specific mobs. I just haven't implemented that feature yet!
About the blue dragon/game thing you were talking about at the end, I believe that it's actually a game, but I didn't base my name off of it. (I just like dragons, and blue, obviously :P)
I will be putting out a few updates a week, starting tomorrow. This is because I'm doing a complete overhaul of the pack, and would like to redo most of the older textures. Stay tuned!
Update!
-New crafting table
-Better ice
-Fixed a bug where arrows fired from the new bow were showing up as default
-Made preparations for fancy-shmancy new biome colored things (Meaning I figured out how to do them :P) Coming next update!
Remember to make sure you have the latest version, and MCpatcher!
Your work has really improved over the time
Some textures are still a bit messy, but I like it.
In case you're still working on the site, I'd suggest making the logo smaller in height.
Thank you!
I've noticed that my increase in skill is almost directly correlated to my obtaining photoshop...
Anyway, I'll make the websites logo shorter, I agree. I've got some other priorities I'd like to attend to, so I've been taking a break from texturing.

Loving the deep, philosophical text.

Oohh... thanks!!!
EDIT: I just tested it out and it seems to work for me... strange.
