I don't usually reply to texture pack threads, but this is something that I haven't seen before. Nice job! Great thread layout and an interesting idea. What can I say... thanks for following the rules I guess ;P
with 512 mb ram given to Java it runs for me.
Using optifine and 256x256 Version with MagicLauncher.
But 1GB Ram is low btw 1GB is about 10$ in ebay
lolwut?? Technology must be improving a bit too quickly. My computer with that amount of ram costed about 4000 bucks at the time of its purchase (2006) in my country. (1000 in euros)
And yeah, I have optifine. Maybe use MagicLauncher.
we have 2012
10$ => 1GB Ram, not the hole PC
But a PC like this about 120€ (a laptop) and about 70€ PC
About 300-400€ for an PC that can run Minecraft with 256Pixel Texturpack + Browser + ICQ + Teamspeake
PS: now we should stop push this thread ;P
On topic: I managed to get Minecraft working (thanks OptiFine for teaching me how to limit memory) with the texture pack. Here's the evidence for the CTM bug in OptiFine:
Year i dont know why connected Textures doesn't work, i did not change, ctm must have changed something.
If someone reads this and knows the answer please tell me
PS: its a problem with Optifine, i did download another Texturpack and it doesnt work, i'll try an old version.

Just another pack where someone slightly edits the default pack and what makes you think you are a critic or something, no one cares what you think. So stop "grading" other peoples creations.

Whats your problem?
If you can't live with criticism do not post your nothing into a forum
I did change nearly 85% of all Minecraft Textures, you changed 4 blocks + 1 item + 1 mob, wait lets do some maths: 2 % ?
PS: I do not download a pack to see what it looks like. What makes my "texturpack"-points less pointy. Everything is about what you show us here.
I think, we all know, that you won't say something like that, if your pack would have a better rating
Thats just childish from your side, and I think this community will agree with me.
I try to help everybody who tries to make something good. If you would have done more your rating would have been better
and I could have given you some feedback at things that could have been better.

really cool but what program do you use and how did you get it to stay the same just a differnt cool
1.Photoshop , Gimpp, Paint.Net or any other program that supports layers with " overlay "/" softlight " function.
In German its " Ineinanderkopieren " oder "Weiches Licht"
2. In the first post there is a spoiler which will tell you how I did that
Right after "Give Me Screenshots, how its made"
Everyone can make this pack, but noone did
Maybe because its quiet a bit of work, thought.
PS: Im working on a program which will give everyone the opertunity to make a "Style!Craft Hybrid" Texturpack in their style. If someone has some Vb.net Skills or got an library or batch based program which does "overlay" 2 images, i would realy apreciate if you could tell me.
I've had this idea once before too, put I've always been too lazy to attempt it. I'm glad that you're doing this, because I know alot of people will love it. I might download it and have a try
