Yes, I got the same message. I have no idea why Google would suggest that. It said that they had informed www.minecraftforum.net about it, so maybe they will detect something. I hope none get any viruses :/
My download links are at least safe. There's only txt files and image files in there.
I've adjusted your Texture pack for Sonics Shaders, because much people asked for it....i linked the adjusted version in my new thread for SEUS texture packs....(http://www.minecraft...ture-packs-142/). I also linked your thread there....should i remove the link, or could you give me the permission?
Yes, you should. You should have asked me before you published it. Not later.
One thing that really shocks me is that you use Ad-fly on the links (yes, I know there's mirrors). Why would you use Ad-fly on products you have no rights to? You have absolutely no right to earn revenue on other's creations!
I can also spot several other popular texture packs in your list. I'm pretty sure you don't have any permission to most of them. If you had, you should have displayed them on the thread.
Please remove my texture pack from that list... and please ask me next time you want to re-publish my work.
EDIT: I can't access your topic anymore and I guess it is removed. Remember next time you feel like sharing something, share your own work! Adding a simple bump-mapping filter to a texture is not considered creative work, hard work, time consuming work, original work or anything in that direction.

Just one note: I've made this for the people... example: your texture pack edited for seus got more then 4800 downloads...seems like a lot guys wanted this...just something you should think about and actually it's hard, time consuming work to make perfect bump maps. Making a complete new texture pack is more fun then make perfect bump maps, because you can be creative, trust me. I know the adfly thing was wrong...i was metally absent, had a long day, sry.
Just refreshed my Mediafire folder now there are 400 downloads more...not even sure from where they got the link. ^^

We could use all day to argue about bump-mapping being hard work or not, but I know the process... and it's not even close to anything, comparing to creating as much as 500-600 textures in high resolution. You can't take any credits either, because it's still my work. The only thing you do is to filter it with something like Nvidia plugin and change a few things.
I know people want SEUS support for R3D.CRAFT. I've been told several times. It's just that my texture pack isn't finished and people treat it like it is. I want to do additional features when I'm done. By myself.
If you still have R3D.CRAFT uploaded to Mediafire, it's still online. Please remove it completely from your Mediafire location.

Maybe its not my place to get involved in this argument, but I am subscribed to this topic and have been reading all the posts since my ctm thing.
A suggestion i would make to Uniblue would be to add essentially the part I left in the quotes to a spoiler on the O.P, with a page link going to it near the top (The spoiler wouldn't be at the top, a link to scroll down to the spoiler would. Though it is your thread, so everything is up to you.) This might be able to prevent any licensing issues like the one that just happened.
You could also put a readme.txt file or a license.txt file in the texturepack .zip and have a part on the o.p. saying something like "Read license.zip for full rules on editing and distibution of my pack!" I havent looked at the contents of the recent download lately; I do not know if something like this has been added.
Again, this is just a suggestion, and the pack does belong to Uniblue, so it's ultimately up to him.
(Also, despite what you said in the second quote, my offer for help still stands. Be that with distribution or actual editing -- or something else I can't think of.)

What I did was I saw that people were wanting connectedtextures mod support. I edited a ctm.png file and posted it as an image in this thread (i think around page 60, if you want to look at it *shameless self-advertising*). Uniblue responded, and as near as I can tell, he used either my bookshelf or a slightly edited version in the final ctm.png (though I could be probably am wrong, but I'll let myself think that so I feel good.)
Basically, if you want to share something with the community, give it to the rightful creator and let them do it. Not only will this have the possiblity of having your submission added to the actual texture, but it will also allow the owner to revise it as they see fit, nearly eliminating any licensing issues.
And as a rule of thumb, don't use adfly unless you made the thing from scratch, not based on anyone else's work. (yes, making a bump map uses the pack being bump-mapped as a template)
1. Open the downloaded texturepack. It's a zip file so you need Winrar to do so.
2. Go to the "gui" folder.
3. Locate an image that's named "items" and delete it.
4. Close the zip file and there you go.
Really glad you posted this. Even gladder I looked before asking haha. Keep up the great work, this is a fantastic texture pack.
Excellent work. Wish my computer were good enough to run the 512x version, but that's certainly not your fault!

Let’s play good guys against bad guys… Yes. Let’s play that. Are you ready? You’re the bad guy. And when you’re bad, you just run. That’s fine right? Well… Shall we play?
Hi I seem to have some errors with the most amazing TP out there.. I've read through the last few pages and did not see this problem adressed, so here it is:
This happens to all 2D Textures, so Tools, items and so on. As you can see on the smooth stone, I patched with MCPatcher, so that's not the problem. Could you please help me? Thanks in advance!
Reygok
Hmm, I've seen this problem before, and it sounds like it's an MCPatcher issue. But you patched. Weird.

If you patched with MCPatcher and it's still glitched, you could try installing Optifine on your Minecraft. I use it and I have no problems at all.
great pack bro!
I'm absolutely in love with this, however i have one suggestion.
-make it compatible with better skies!
better skies is included with MCpatcher, so most people already have it.
This mod would complete your pack, i mean it. Ive messed around with it myself and it looks beautiful
Just a suggestion, thats all.

Thank you for the suggestion! I've noticed it in the later versions of MCPathcer, but I haven't really checked it out. If it is so awesome, I'll sure take a look!
Iron, Gold and Diamond armor is already in there!

Actually, the virus thing was MinecraftForum's false or their problem. Something about their advertising displacements :S
