At the top, under the grey Curse user bar, there is a search bar.
There are no 1.5.2 links, although you could try this.
I don't think anyone's made a program for backwards conversion yet; you're best bet's going to be getting a default texture pack for 1.5.2, resizing it to 512x, and manually cutting + pasting the textures into their new, stitched together forms.

Tried it and it seemed like only a few of the blocks where changed. Some things like glowstone, bricks, wool, and a bunch of others are still default texture. Not sure but a bunch of my group tried it and got the same result of not all the blocks being correct.

What resolution were you trying? In 128x is when you start noticing on the beautiful detail in the blocks he's done.
nice pack man only the 2nd 512x pack i have played on but you 512x ,png is coming up as a box black and purple inside it

Just delete the flint.png in the pack since it isn't even textured to begin with. I believe the reason it comes up like that is because it is currently 512x511 instead of 512x512. Just a simple error really.
