Thank you for sharing this to the community! That was very kind of you
You're welcome! I originally did it for personal benefit, but I was following this thread and saw that some people were wanting it early. I figured it wouldn't hurt to post it.
I am seriously itching to try the smooth version after seeing the links to your Facebook examples.
My only "gripe" if it is a gripe is not with your pack at all but rather with the Minecraft default. Cobblestone default looks bad IMHO. It should look like stones, cobbled together ;-) not just a different blob coloration. That has been my main reason for seeking out variations like Vanilla, Glazed and R3dcraft, and Mine craft Enhanced. If Mojang made the defaults better than faithful packs could still be faithful using a more round stone looking cobblestone.
Ah da*n >< Back to 60%.. Continue workinggg. Haha. cheering you guys on! x)

I dare you to move your cursor to the green box on the bottom left of these words, and give it a click. I would give you a diamond, but I've lost it.

Thanks for this texture pack! I am really looking forward to the "Original" version with less curves and more blocky items/tools. Hope that isn't way far into the future
This is an amazing texture pack, i've tried many different texture packs, and many have came far from as good as this one. More gradiant textures, and more enhanced without affecting the natural Vanilla look much.
hey! your texture pack is AWESOME!!!! is my fovourite. the 128x128 version is working well but the stone and bedrock has a fire and neher portal brick in it, could you ix it?? and will the texture pack be done?
Are you using optifine? What version of MC client are you using?
I love this texture pack, but my Minecraft just decided that it doesn't like anything above 16x (if I use any texture pack that is 32x or higher, it lags so much it's almost unplayable)... Hopefully I can fix it soon and keep using this texture pack...

Why did you quote the OP just to say that you like the texture pack? It just makes the page longer with more stuff to scroll through (same thing for people that post crash reports without putting them in spoilers...)... The OP isn't exactly short either...

Sorry about that, i will edit the post and fix. Done.
I love this texture pack... but sadly there is still some things the need to be changed, like of course steak and (armor bar). I only wish they would update alot faster...
Hi, great job with R3D Craft man; it looks great. I do have some criticism to give though. In my opinion some of the new items that you just added don't really fit the theme of the the other blocks/items that you've previously done.
For example:
The new raw/cooked chicken textures look very smoothed-over; while the weapons/tools still keep a slight edged or rough appearance. I know that tools and food are obviously going to look different but this is also prevalent with the buckets and shears. It looks as though they are lacking some definitive lining around the outer edges and shading in the center, which has made the previous weapons and tools look great.
Well, sorry if this sounds like i'm ranting or hating. I really do enjoy the texture pack.
I'm also by no means some sort of expert when it comes to making textures/texture packs so forgive me if i'm making a fool of myself and I apologize in advance if the items I mentioned are WIP (Works in progress). XD

Before I say anything, I am planning to make two versions of the items. One pixelated, like the true default, and on smooth.
The chicken doesn't have any outline in the newest version of Minecraft. Why should mine?
The buckets aren't done, and I am not 100% satisfied with their appearance.
I'm not in anyway changing the shears. That's the item I'm most satisfied with, except the book.
The weapons are kinda more sharp, but they are also kinda smooth. The chicken isn't less smooth than the pickaxe or the axe.
I see your point, but I don't truly know what to do from here. I've followed all patterns and colors :/

Sure, sometimes it will be done

Sorry about that, i will edit the post and fix.Done.Yes, that will be done when the texture pack is 100% finished or at least when all the terrain blocks are finished
