Uh my Game just freezes when i load the texture pack. I have a gtx 670 8gb ram and a i5 proccesor. My computer can run skyrim at a nearly constant 60FPS. i have followed your instructions but it is not working still. i get the "Mojang" logo and its in your texture but after that it freezes
Any help would be apreciated.
Same thing happened to me when using the 516 texture pack. Use the 256x256 and it should run fine.
Alternatively, get up and go get coffee while it's loading. It's probably not a crash, just taking a LONG time to load. The high res pack is simply too much for your system. It would likely choke on Skyrim with that high a resolution texture running, too.
For the guys that are saying Tekkit, putting in support for Technic will cover Tekkit too - Tekkit is the multiplayer version of Technic and has a subset of the full mod list in Technic
I have the HD Texture pack because i used mcpatcher and i see this it doesn't look HD
i also am using the texture pack
1.) Your link is broken... I was only able to see your picture because of the notification email that was sent to me... For anyone else that wants to see their picture, the link is http://postimage.org/image/5nx2c2fsb/.
2.) How does it not look HD? Is it because it looks just like Default (other than the weapons/tools), but with more detail? If so, that's exactly how it is supposed to look...
But I only use the 256x256 pack because I find it more fluid and not much different compared to 516x516!
Me, too. I get better FPS and the appearance isn't THAT different, so I stick with the 256. I give credit to Tiger for making such a good texpack that it looks good even at the middle resolution. It really is incredible work.
No they didn't. Download both and try see the difference. And that was posted over 10 months ago.. That's a hybrid pack. This is a realistic default pack.
I really like this texture pack, but is there any hope for a seamless glass version?
I made a Connected Textures Mod .png for the 128x texture.
I tested it in-game, and it seems to do everything properly.
If you want to use it:
Click the image below, then click the "Save" button at the bottom-right corner of the popup. This should open the image in a seperate window. Right-click that image and select "Save image as." Save it as ctm.png, then move it to [1.3.2] R3D CRAFT 128x128 (90%).zip
Since there is nothing on the inside of the glass, it might not be a great idea if you have entire building made out of glass. For windows and whatnot, it's nice.
It's just copypasta from the terrain.png, but it still works and gets the job done (fairly well, in my opinion).
EDIT: I did edit the sandstone and bookshelves, so they work as well. Since chests render differently (as entities) now, I didnt bother changing that part of the file.

It's there. Try refreshing the page. If you see "Posted Image," try just clicking on that.

Looks pretty HD to me. Have you given a to look closely at textures?

Yes. R3D SMOOTH and R3D ORIGINAL will be available in the same resolutions (32x to 512x).
Awesome. Thanks!

This has been stated several times and I repeat: this is not my work.

All the leaves will be re-made or changed. Especially the jungle leaves. It was just a quick temporary solution.
