But just a note... the way the word "neon" is pronounced in American English would be more closely transliterated as "ניאן". Of course, if that's not how you're pronouncing it, my comment is irrelevant
I noticed that in your signature, the letters look like they are skewed. If you still have the low resolution/ pixel art of the letters, you should resize them again, without stretching them out. To do this, when you are resizing the image, make sure you use a multiple of the original resolution. For instance, if your pixels are say 18x32, then you'd need to resize them by 1.5 times, 2 times, 2.5 times, or so on. If you want to make you Pixels twice (2x) as large, you'd resize them from 18x32 to 36x64. I can't tell if they're actually stretched out or not, I'm just assuming, so this may have been no help to you at all...

"You do fun things when you are bored to make you un-bored." quoted Imnumberfour.
Not sure why, but I love that every mob has a human face. Even the pigs
You should remove the mouths from the wolves too so they have human faces.
I think the only things you're missing now are some items (spider eyes, not sure if there are some others)
along with the textures for the cats (not the ocelot) and the cave spider.
hmmmm i remember doing the cats but not the spider thanx for reminding me and i like the human faces to esapically on the pigs XP
not all texture names are like that i mean jolicrafts name is just jolicraft no version or resolution
Really? Time to change that.
Anyway, that's not a very good excuse. People need to know what resolution it is to make sure their computer will melt into mush, and they need to know what Minecraft version it is so blocks don't appear invisible.
Minecrafter12's Pack its really good! My first pack!
Issues with this title:
What resolution is it?
What version of Minecraft is it compatible with?
What's the style/idea/theme? Unless you are a relatively well-known artist, a title with simply your name doesn't mean anything to the audience, and it turns people away.
Poor grammar in the subtitle-- people tend to avoid packs that are full of spelling and grammatical errors.
'My first pack' is unnecessary. And most of the time, people hunting for packs actively avoid first-time packs.
Well-Constructed Title:
[16x](1.8.1)Jungle Adventure Pack(v0.3) Explore ancient ruins and misty forests!
Reasons this title works:
The pack resolution and Minecraft compatibility are clearly visible
The title describes the theme and makes the pack sound interesting
The pack version is listed after the title for fans to easily see if an update to the pack has been released
The subtitle hooks the audience and draws them into the thread, bringing them one step closer to downloading.
Really? Time to change that.

but the no good constructed title looks cleaner than the constructed version though and if someone wants to find out the res they just need to click on it no big deal :/

You may think it may be no big deal, but a poorly constructed title tends to turn some people away. Which makes a bad first impression.

My wip 32x texture pack.
The dogs kind of creep me out though.

Try making an upgraded version of it.
Perhaps some 64x or even 128x!
Keep up the good work.
