Are you still working on this? John Smith is my favorite texturepack.. and i've always wanted to use mods for it.. but they've always stuck out like a source thumb.. so I recently decided i'd try some other texturepacks mod support... and use it with johnsmith.. the detail (the 32x ness is there.. but they still stick out like a soure thumb)
I wanted to ask you to go ahead and do the world elements.. Anything that generates in the world from bc/ic and rps world package.. That will get the bare essentials out of the way and make everything more natural looking
I am talking about oil, ores from ic and bc.. That way everything doesn't stick out like a soure thumb that you see alot of..
PS. I love your work, please don't gooooooooo.. yes i just made a justin beiber reference and i don't care.

This project has just started, and if you probably read the date, this topic has started not too long ago. I've already been working on IndustrialCraft and BuildCraft, but am currently pulling in the finishing touches on Mystic Pack. It'll take a very long time to plan out Industrial/BuildCraft and perfect it's textures according to my own preference and gameplay, so it works well for all.

Thank you, could you add railcraft to your list? - Its really the only other major mod i use besides ic/bc/rp - I also noticed redpower is on your isn't on your list.. I would reorder the list..
Ic2
Rp
Bc

Also I don't personally use it, but i expect you to get tons of request for equivalent exchange once this thread picks up Eventually you will finish all that.. Scotkillen and his isabella texturepack thread have came along way.. unfortunately all the texturepacks i like have little if any mod support.. You've finally made my dreams come true, please don't give up and leave us!
The annoying thing with both IC2, and BC is the addons people use for them.. Once you do them, please ARE going to request you do them too.. Most popular BC addons are only pipes though, so there rather easy to do, Many people use the compact solar addon, again easy to do.. So my question for you is how indepth into texture support are you planning to go for the big three? (ic, bc, and rp) - BTW, i think you left rp off your list because of the logic texture file.. I just wanted to say that the textures aren't all individual blocks.. Instead they are the same block with mutiple textures, and its really repetive and to work through..
I don't reorder my list, since I texture things that I feel are easier on me, as well as the importance of them in Technic. I removed RedPower some time ago, since I feel like working with IndustrialCraft and BuildCraft would be better first. The ones within that list are ones I've already started doing.
As for Equivalent Exchange, it'll come right after RedPower. Then I move on to the lesser used modifications such as Railcraft and Forestry. In between that, I do other mod requests.
Addons will come right after Technic is done, and I never mentioned anything about leaving JohnSmith Mod Support because this is a ****ing awesome texture pack.
One request though: Could you do Mine & Blade: Battlegear? I've been trying to find 32x textures for it all day to go with the John Smith texture pack, so John smith ones would be epic XD
I understand you've got a lot on you're plate so no pressure or anything
I've heard it's an outstanding mod, and many people use it. I'll add support sooner or later.
I made some textures for some of the additional Redpower tools if that helps:
-snip-
I did base the sickle textures off of the Dokucraft textures, but the others are based off of the John Smith Diamond tools.

Cool, I'll consider these. I'll probably go ahead and create a sickle texture for JohnSmith whenever I get to RedPower. Then of course, the sapling and flax seeds.
i tries to use the better than wolves john smith texture pack but when i dragged the files into the folder and played the BTW textures stayed the same can you tell me what i did wrong and what i should do.

you need to download johnsmith
place that zip into your texturepack folder
you need to open your texturepack zip up
open the better than wolves zip you downloaded (don't extact)
select everything
drag into your john smith texturepack zip
go into the game
select the texturepack john smith
-note must have mcpatcher, or optifine for it to works and stuff.
Hey XRDBlade, have you seen my request on page 2, i would appreciate it if you could make some textures for the mod in my sig
Chill man, he is not working on anything at the moment because he has stuff to do. It will take a very long time before he can even begin thinking about scheduling anything, so just wait until he has done some of the stuff he is working on
Could you make some textures for Millenaire if you have some extra time? I use it alongside Better Than Wolves and it's wierd looking at the millenaire textures ... You know how it feels

It does right? Anyway, JohnSmith has discovered my topic and backlinked it, so I'll get some vivid publicity within the passing days.
Thank you, good sir.

IC2 (Industrialcraft 2)
BC3 (Buildcraft 3.x)
EE2 (Equivalent Exchange 2)
RP2 (Redpower 2)
TC2 (Thaumcraft 2)
Hopefully, you can do these
I am going to go over all those, as mentioned several posts before. The only one that will come late with Forestry and RailCraft is ThaumCraft.
I've heard it's an outstanding mod, and many people use it. I'll add support sooner or later.
JohnSmith already supports Connected Textures, unless you want to me to make one specifically for your glass/sandstone/bookshelf type.
I'm pretty busy, and no mods are near completion, so there won't be any stuff for a while. You can relax on that.

Perfectly fine, man.
I'll think about it. Give me time to check up on my school work and I'll get back to texturing. I would make your sig linkable, though.
