I love this texture pack. It fits with the original stye of Micecraft very well.
Also I have a question. When I downloaded the pack it was a folder. What part of the folder to I put in the resource pack folder?
It has three things; A folder titled assets that when you open it you get a folder called minecraft. When you open the minecraft folder you get a folder called textures that has a folder tiled entity. The entity folder has the textures for iron_golem and witch and two other folders: villager and zombie. Villager has the textures for the villagers while zombie has the texture for a zombie villager. There is also something called pack.mcmeta witch I cannot open and a picture titled pack.png. I will try putting in pack.mcmeta.

Wow, nobody has posted in here in a while. I hope you are still active, zebragrrl.
I have a big issue that is frustrating me really bad.
I love your mod, but I want villagers with bigger eyes, and more females. I tried copying your file and editing the skins. But if I change even just the eyes, when I load minecraft the skin has a huge white nose. I do not understand why such a small change would make the nose come back. How do you make the nose stop appearing, anyone? T.T
Hi, are you still maintaining this pack? There's been 1+ years since latest update, but there was no updated needed. 1.9 brought multiple zombie villager textures, is there plans to add textures for them too? I hope this is not inactive, but if it is, then thanks for making it in the first place!
In 1.11, there is two new hostile mobs called Evoker and Vindicator. Both these look like vanilla villagers, and would need to be changed to match Stevian Villagers. I simply took the regular villager and just made the head and chest grayscale and put that on, then removed the nose; https://imgur.com/a/l4ZpK
There is also the Vex, which I don't think looks like a villager at all, so I just left that one alone.
I've been updating and tweaking this pack for MC 1.12 to include the illagers, as well as adding Optifine Random Mobs support for more female villagers and various skin tones. Also added Optifine Custom Entity Models for villagers, evokers, and vindicators to give them 3D hats. Illusioners have this in Vanilla already.
Trying to tweak villager.properties weights to spawn darker skin tones in hotter biomes, and paler tones in cooler biomes.
Still working on the witch's outfit to look more "brewing potions" and less "baking cookies", while keeping to the original theme. I'm pretty happy with the tweaks to her face, though.
Zombie villagers have not yet been updated with Random Mob support.
Baby zombie villagers lose their mask, which I think can be fixed with Optifine CEM, but masks would have to be added directly to the zombie villager face textures for Vanilla MC support.
If anyone's interested, I'll share my Optifine enhanced pack or the updated Vanilla MC (textures only) version.

Comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks to zebragrrl for the original pack, and to ragger for the zombie villagers!
I am definitally interested considering I am using this pack for myself, and it being integrated in Plast Pack, where the Stevian Villagers is kind of messed up because of no update.
I've looked at the images that work in your post (the first two doesn't work I think), and it looks great!
Oh, also, even though I made the zombie villagers they do need tweaking. Compare a regular villager with the old/default zombie villager, look how the clothes and hat looks like. I simply just copy pasted those from the villagers, which are clean, they probably need to be roughen up a little to fit the zombie more.

Good morning! Sorry half of the pics aren't working. Not sure why! I've added links to the images in my previous post. Let me know if the links work.
I've been focused on the random villagers, illagers, and the witch, so I haven't touched the zombie villagers yet. I think they look pretty good already, but it is hard to tell a zombie villager from a regular villager from the back. So roughing them up is a good idea.
Thanks for the input! I'll zip up the resource pack and upload it somewhere today.

They work and they look great!
Ah, that makes sense, and yeah it's probably hard to distinguish them because from the back it's pretty much the exact same texture I think.
Minor edit to the Enhanced pack: fixed a typo in villager.properties file. Change may or may not be noticeable in game. Use link above to download latest version of the pack.
(Zombie texture tweaks are still on my to-do list, but I'm currently in the process of converting my system from Windows to Linux, so maybe after I get all moved in to the new OS...)
First of all, the image you embedded doesn't seem to work for me. It shows a "forbidden" symbol, maybe a permission issue?
Second, when I try to download the packs, I get a .zip file but it has .disabled after it... It still works, but not sure why it adds .disabled after it.
MultiMC gives mod/pack files the .disabled extension when they're, well, disabled in an instance (to hide them from MC). I had the ZIP files and the working folders in the same instance resource pack folder, and had those copies of the ZIP files disabled. Then I uploaded the .disabled copies instead of the ones I had active in another instance for testing. But Google Drive displayed the files under the original file names (the latest uploads were new versions of the file on Drive), so I thought they were renamed would be downloaded without the .disabled extension.
Also I have a question. When I downloaded the pack it was a folder. What part of the folder to I put in the resource pack folder?

I am not the best at textures... but I've added textures for the new zombie villagers. I've attached them to this post.
Just create a folder called zombie_villager inside the assets/minecraft/textures/entity folder, and put the attached images in there.
These textures are not done in the slightest, but they work. They match this resourcepack, and you can see which villager type the zombie villager is.
Edit: Here's a download for a 1.9+ update of this pack https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B37Gg5ST5p35R2JpdVlGRi1PTTg
It's not as good as it can be, but zebragrrl will update it!

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll see if I can fix things.
I really need to find a better way to share files.
Edit: Fixed (maybe?)
Image works now
Google Drive has worked fine for me, not sure why those files you uploaded shows .disabled after them :S

TL;DR - My bad.
