Very beautiful, Steelfeathers! I have a contribution to the name search. You said you liked "Shades of XX", so I started searching for a good word to suggest the rich browns your pack is using. I found one that seems to flow well:
Shades of Sienna.
I am instantly in love with this pack. RELEASE IT NOW. Also, just as a name suggestion, what about Tindercraft?
EDIT: Do you use any particular programme for this? And how do you get that lovely 'fuzzy' noise on the blocks? No matter what I try in GIMP I simply cannot achieve that beautiful coziness that this presents. Your work really is excellent!
That ain't noise, my friend. That's carefully hand-placed pixels. No filters or overlays used. :wink.gif:

Quite nice! I like the colors. The tall grass and chest are neat, and that bed looks quite cozy, too. I'll definitely give this one a try when it's done.
Not trying to be snippy, but...well, it's hard to get really detailed when the books are only 2 pixels wide.
I know, but a bit of pixel-noise (I know it's not really noise) could be an improvement. Not much, of course, but they just look a little too smooth to me. Other than that, the texture pack looks great. :smile.gif:

Wow, another amazing pack from Steelfeathers, and this time a 16x! I really love the feel of this based on the screenshots, hopefully it will be finished 'soon' and we can all try it out! (or maybe we could just download the preview terrain.png and overlay it on the default?)
The grass looks better from far away. I noticed that too, the sidegrass looks a tad weird up close.
It's funny because I was to lazy to read a wiki, so I went to google images and got supermodels. Glad I went back and read the wiki
My only complaint would be that the books appear a bit too smooth and undetailed compared to the rest of the pack.
There's yet more to come!

Oo, good suggestion. Thanks. :3
Wait...feathers are sometimes brown, aren't they? So if feather = brown, feathercraft = browncraft! It's perfect! *shot*
I am immune to death wishes. They bounce off me like spitballs. >:]
I was very much inspired by your gold ore. :smile.gif: But I did make mine from scratch, just fyi.
Sidegrass is not exactly my forte. So...yeah, it's a bit vertical. But I like it (at the moment). :tongue.gif:

I think you're just sensing my 'style'- they're actually really different, if you compare the two. But thanks. :3
Aw, shucks guys. You're making me blush. :laugh.gif:
Sorry, no download quite yet. I want to get more done first.
How much have you finished?
I agree. All these great, unfinished pack :angry.gif:
Well, I just did rails and some pretty bangin' birch. ^^

You're probably right. I'll give it a try.
I've always kinda considered you the Guru of 16x. :tongue.gif:
Do I have a special nickname/title/something you recognize me for? :biggrin.gif:
I doubt it, but I like hearing others' opinions of me.
There's yet more to come!
Keep up the amazing work!!

Small update is small
Oh and I love those pumpkins.
I always really love your birch textures.
Which is funny, because I really don't like birch. Just on principle. =P
Good luck!
