Thanks for the heads up buttonmenu! I checked it out in the latest snapshot and it doesn't seem to break the texture just yet, but if/when it breaks, it looks like it'll be an easy fix.
Also check this out, I made a stonecutter block(w/gui) and a composter block.
I'm glad you like it and happy new year to you as well!
The saw blade is mostly an edited music disc! The very small circle in the center is from the iron block.
The block portion is made from smooth stone, crafting table, bookshelf bottom, dispenser vertical top, and a minecart rail. The bottom is strait up just oak planks like the crafting bench so you could potentially hide it in a low oak ceiling and still access it.
Wow....I've been away for far too long...but by gods am I so glad to see this pack live up again. Unfortunately current work/school time affects the amount of spare time I'd have to do texture work. However, I'm actually starting to feel motivated to start working on some mod support again. My current free time has been dedicated to playing a variety of modpacks, (Currently RLcraft :p) and I want to try and get more work into this for those that play modded as well <3 I hope I can get some time to work a small bit up again, as I said, I'm honestly so happy to see so much contribution to this pack again! A huge thanks to everyone who has been contributing. You are a huge part of this community here!
Hey guys, just a few things:
the mooshroom texture needs to be renamed to red_mooshroom.png, and I added a brown mooshroom texture (see attached).
And is it just me, or is the current horse armor texture VERY similar to Faithful's? And it is definitely too low res. Left Ovo's right Faithful:
[removed img for space]
I know we've been using textures from other packs as placeholders. I can't remember if the horse armor was one of those items, or if someone tried to submit it and we just never noticed it? It's been so long since the Horse Armor...Maybe someone else can help there.
On another note, I finished re-doing the inventory to work with Baubles. Most of the Bauble Icons are just placeholder-quick-textures, as I'm not very good at doing those little icons as I found out lol. I may try to re-visit them a bit later to make them match the armor icons we have a little better, but for now I'm still working on a few other textures.
Here's a preview of the inventory with some Baubles in the slots -
Here's a preview that shows the empty slots with the icons on them -
I also found my old folder where I had the majority of the older textures saved, including alot of the other mod textures submitted throughout the history of this thread. I don't know if I'm missing any, but I took those files and tried to sort through them to setup the respective modpack textures. I've thrown everything I have for MODDED textures in this pack. This can run as it's own pack. Just throw it in the "Selected Resource Packs" side along with the normal Ovo's texturepack, and it will load in any modded texture it finds that match a mod you have. Most of them are incomplete however, so only some textures are Ovo's style while other textures from the same mod may still be vanilla.
Currently the only mods that have textures in here are as follows:
Baubles (which is basically just the inventory you see above. Actual Baubles come from other mods which I will be getting to)
Ironchest (which is complete)
Biomes o' Plenty (incomplete)
Extra Biomes XL (incomplete)
Thaumcraft (incomplete)
Twilight Forest (incomplete)
I don't know if loardvader wants to setup a link to this on the main page, if not then you can also just download it at it's current state here -

Okay, well I think we should remove the horse armour texture because it's a lower resolution texture (looks very out of place), and a slightly modifed version of another pack.
Pack version 1.6.4 for 1.13/14 should also work for 1.12., I can check later if the proper version if that is available tho.
Also, comparing the enchantment glint from 1.14 with that of 1.15, they have indeed changed it between versions. I'm working on fixing the existing texture, but if someone fixes it befor me I'll add it too the pack. I'm also going to try and fix the horses when I get some free time.
I'm amazed by this texture pack and the apparent continuous community effort to keep it alive.
I haven't read the whole thread, so apologies if bug reports belong somewhere else or if this has already been mentioned. I noticed that signs don't display all the words. Or rather, they seem to have less space available with this texture than with the default texture pack.
Example Text in default:
Hey,
Don't worry about
your loss of
color vision
And the same thing in this texture pack after reopening the world:

Thank you for any fix you might have for this
I'm running Minecraft 1.15 with "Ovos Rustic Redemption v1.7 - for 1.15.X.zip"
Fix for transparency issues with glass, torch and wither rose blocks.

I'll check out these Textures and update the pack when I can, might be like next weekend tho.
Happy new year!
@sp4cemanspliff Looks awesome! I really like the animation.

I've made a pretty shitty fletching table texture from the crafting table texture, let me know what you think

Horse armour was just an up-scaled default texture.
Horse textures need to be redone to fit the new system
Banner files need to be tweaked, there's lots of black lines.

Has the enchanting glow been changed?
It's so much more opaque now
As of right now I cannot recommend using the 1.15 version of the pack unfortunately
It could have been an internal change in minecraft, that makes it look different, but the texture it self hasnt changed
Yeah, makes sense.
Is there no 1.12.2 version? Or did I miss it? Also, thanks for updating to 1.15.2!

Thought the block ids change in 1.13+? Packs made for 1.13 will work through 1.16, but I don't think they with 1.12.2 and under. Thx!
