Are you the same guy on Von DoomCraft's thread? This isn't the pack he uses man! He uses textures from multiple packs! Alot of them are from Minecraft4kids.

Anyways, Sphax wanted to say thank you. I mean I can't believe how fast you are doing these textures! This is insane. I was using minecraft4kids for a while but stopped using them because the colors stray way too far from the original which made some of my color schemes seem odd to others. This does a great job at staying close to the original but giving a great comic book flavor to it. Love this pack and hope you are enjoying making these textures.
P.S. Wish I could have green bamboo but its cool! I can tinker that myself or maybe this bamboo will grow on me. Keep it up!

Yes, I redraw everything but trying to keep the colors. :smile.gif:

The sugarcanes are beige in real life :wink.gif:
But I'll create alternatives to let them looks like bamboo.
And of course I like to create those textures (but not the animations :sleep.gif:') :wink.gif:

I would like to find a better tool to let me make those animations. Photoshop or Illustrator are great for texture making in vectorial shapes but are very bad for spritesheets...

You should try it in 128x128 before waiting for 32x32. :wink.gif:

This texture pack is fantastic and easily shaping up to be my favourite around. Exactly how I want MineCraft to look.

I do have one small gripe, however - so long as you'll be making alternative textures, anyhow. I find the diagonal wood pattern to look rather bizarre on large wooden structures, and feel as though it should be the more conventional horizontal pattern.

Honestly though, the rest of the pack is so damn good I almost feel bad bringing up my opinion on the matter at all. Don't know if anyone else feels the way I do, but keep on at it. Your work is excellent.

Hey just noticed something when I was making a building. The inside of pine wood is the same color as regular wood. Not a big deal just thought you might want to know. Hope all is well.

Yes, I know... but it's a Minecraft issue. It's the same texture which is shared with all the wood types. :sad.gif:

Beautiful looking, I prefer comic-book's kinda texture packs because they kinda generate a much more upbeat feeling while playing minecraft.Yours and Minecraft4kids are probably one of the best packs around.

And thank you. You should know that I hated myself the HD texturepack before and that's why I wanted to create one which would give to Minecraft another feeling. I hope I did it well and I'm always pleased to see that you like it.

Well, you obviously took some inspiration from The Legend of Zelda The WindWaker, but that's not a bad thing, actually you could call this pack "WindWaker Pack" and no one would say that's wrong :E

But since the art style from TWW is just awesome, this pack = awesome too :tongue.gif:

Zelda has a ComicBook style with CellShading. That's why my texture pack is like Zelda WW: it's because both shares the same style (like a lot other videogame titles infact). :wink.gif:

Well.. idk maybe, but i REALLY love ur tex pack and my computer works best with 32x, the 64x+ will still be there but it will be awesome if you could make 32x im sure it'll be just as epic (:
