Like I promised, here's my GUI, nothing incredible, but it gets the job done.
Mob coming soon!
It looks fantastic! Thanks so much! Could you give me a download link so I can add this to the pack?
(Just as a heads up, I'll probably end up changing the hearts/suits of armor to something more theme-appropriate later on. Again, no offense to your mad skillz.)

Just right click on the "gui.png" and choose "save as". Then throw it in your gui folder.
And no problem. Those are actually just highres default textures.
Nice pack! I like your cobble, chest, dispenser ores and furnace :tongue.gif:
I think the contrast of the lava is a bit too high though..
Also, If people don't respond doesn't mean that they don't download it. I took me almost 3000 downloads to get like 15 responses..
Alright! Someone agrees with me! *Does victory dance*
And I know about the download thing-- I've been checking the download records on mediafire constantly. But the problem with that is that it doesn't tell you whether or not people actually LIKED it when they downloaded it. I'm always worried that they were just seduced by the screenshots and end up hating the pack in-game.
Ugh. Just realized that the labels don't look right with the boxes I made for them on the crafting screen. Took it out until I can work out how to fix it.
Any suggestions on what to do for the diamond sword?
So far I have the wooden sword as a club, the stone sword as one of the cool Aztec swords with the rocks embedded in the sides, and the iron sword as a spanish relic (conquistadors, and all that). I was thinking of perhaps making the golden sword a sacrificial dagger, but that leaves me with nothing to do for the diamond sword. Should I make the golden sword an old gun (which has run out of bullets, leaving you to simply bash monsters over the head with it) and make the diamond sword a sacrificial dagger (one hit KO!)?

Well, I think one of the swords should definitely be a machete! And for the diamond sword, I would probably say a sacrificial dagger. The gold sword could be some sort of awesome staff! Those are all of my suggestions.
Also, I am working very slowly on those mobs, they will get done eventually!

I like both the machete and the staff idea. But I'll probably have to play around with the staff for a little bit to see if it looks right with the swinging animation.
EDIT: Btw, did you see the suggestions I sent you for Last Days?
Just so you know, I have got completely lost in the jungle in MC since I last posted.
I love this texture pack, it's even more fun in game, and is easy on the eye.
Think it's time I made me a leopard skin lined lair...
Thank you for making it possible to do so.

And I agree that it looks better in game-- I can't seem to get any screenshots that do it justice. I'm afraid that people are turned away before they try it out....
Hey again. No I haven't seen that yet, I'll go look.
Also, I was going to surprise you with this, but it looks like you already did the exact same thing! :dry.gif:
Ah well, maybe you can make it an alt if you want it. :smile.gif:
And that map looks awesome!
*Scowls*
Why does your stuff always look better than mine??
Anyway, I REALLY love it-- it just looks like we took two different approaches. I went the 'native' route, and you went the 'Indiana jones explorer' route. I'll definitely make it an alternate, though. BTW, how did you make the scratchy lines on the pieces of paper? That's what I was trying to go for, but it didn't turn out so well...
Thank you.

Oh, oops. Hehe. That...should have been obvious. I'm not normally this much of a total dunce.
No problem, I have those moments regularly! :tongue.gif:
Working on 2 mobs right now. The first is a parrot and I'll let the other one be a surprise.
Sounds awesome! Looking forward to it!
And the parrot is an awesome idea, BTW.
I wish I was in this :C
Thank you so much!

Have fun finding your way out! If you want a REAL jungle adventure, try out a map I just found on the forums: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/380698-wessexstocks-wild-maps/
It's covered with enormous trees, and very easy to lose yourself in.
And I agree that it looks better in game-- I can't seem to get any screenshots that do it justice. I'm afraid that people are turned away before they try it out....
(I have a leopard fur lined lair too, btw)
