Hi, I am going to be making a map that has a similar kind of setting to this texture pack. I was wondering if i would be allowed to post this pack in my map post when i do make it. Like the link to this forum etc. Its just that this is the best texture pack for it in my mind. WOuld be greatly appreciated and save me a ton of work i never plan on doing. (P.s i would also like to us the name "Mineout" as part of it. If i could. I might not even actually use the name but just in case. :tongue.gif:)

is this implying that Last Days is bad? no, because it is certainly hard to work in 32x, and it was made by a very experienced, famous person who (from what i remember) used no subsitutes. >_>
anyways, i hope you can continue this. there aren't many 16x fallout themed texture packs around here
no we are not insinuating that Last days is at all a bad texture pack, as we have said before. merely that it is a post-apocoliptic texture pack with some fallout inspirations, rather than a Fallout texture pack straight-out like our.
mad props the the Last days guy, its a lovely pack and rather more impressive since it is done in 32x. but we wanted to keep more in the spirit of minecraft and do a 16x pack, also allowing less knowledgeable users to apply the texture without having to use a patcher to fully experience it.

Villagers should be Super Mutants
Endermen should become deathclaws
Ghasts should be somewhat oversized Eyebots
Why would villagers become super-mutants? as in like Jacobs town? sure the villigers have a taller head by two pixels but that is not at all enough of a reason.
And enderman as deathclaws? I understand if you mean they are supposed to be deadly but for what we have it as is a Nightkin, as in they are cloacking with the stealth-boy when they are tella-porting. I would understand if you said the deathclaw as the enderDRAGON, minus the fact that deathclaws cannot fly.
As for the eye-bot ghast, we already have snow golem as an eye-bot, so it would not be co-hearant if the ghast was also an eye-bot.
we also try to keep the proportions and body types as close as possible to Fallout's actual models.

Its very nice texture pack being perfectly relavant to Fallout (as I own Fallout2 and Fallout New Vegas) however you do need it to support the gun mod better so it fits better into the pack, I have used this Mineout texture pack before. Did you get my PM message? :tongue.gif:
can we get jungles textured as soon as possible because it looks all wierd-just as soon as you can thanks
we actually textured the jungles and some other things that were not done before, and some bug fixes of coarse. the next update is ganna be a big one. some time relatively soon.
we made a few for our selves but we were ganna make a bunch for the adventure map.
so we will put some out eventually.
Just a suggestion, the golden tools look a bit off? I mean I may seem a bit silly for mentioning this but the golden shovel is a doll?? And the gold axe (I mean no offense, just suggesting) looks more like a gold sword than the gold sword does.. Just ideas for improvement, please less vanilla textures! (If I can help with this I'd be glad to)Also, it looks real nice so far, and fits in better than most texture packs with SDK's Guns Mod!
wow, I just got told I ripped you guys off. I never even knew about his pack. I gotta say seeing what you did on 16x I'm impressed, you did great work. the jukebox you got on one block that I used 2 blocks for.
Really nicely done. I love that you got the puppet vault boy for the golden shovel. that's great, from the penny arcade cartoon series. I think you guys got it great.
Just so you know, i brainstormed with another guy and decided on the end results in what seemed most logical through use of nukapedia, and the pickaxes we chose are all identical, it's ****ing eerie. I swear up and down, never ever saw your pack before today.
anyways, you're missing textures for the spawning eggs. they're 2 separate item textures that layer. I suggest you guys finisht eh pack by getting rid of all vanilla, and just get bad textures in place to fill it. you never know what you might have thought was a bad texture could be a good one, or a good one with a minor tweak. just get it done asap.
also, how long have you been working on this pack for?
I wish I knew how to use banners/signatures,but oh well,I'm just about to take a first look at the texture pack myself,so far from the pictures it looks rather fine and quite as close to a resemblance of Fallout 3 as possible,great job!
